Familiarize yourself with the main components of your Olympus D560 camera.

The camera features a compact design, a 3x optical zoom lens, and a built-in flash. The front panel includes the lens, flash unit, and self-timer lamp.

Configuración
1. Instalación da batería
The camera operates on two AA batteries. For optimal performance, rechargeable NiMH batteries are recommended, though alkaline batteries are included for initial use.

2. Instalación da tarxeta de memoria
The camera uses xD-Picture Cards for image storage. A 16 MB card is included.
- Open the memory card slot cover, typically located on the side of the camera.
- Insert the xD-Picture Card with the label facing the correct direction until it clicks into place.

3. Acendido inicial
To power on the camera, slide the lens cover open. The lens will extend, and the LCD screen will activate. To power off, slide the lens cover closed; the lens will retract.

1. Basic Photography (Point and Shoot)
- Turn on the camera by sliding the lens cover open.

5. Modo película
The camera can capture continuous video (without sound) in QuickTime Motion JPEG format.
