1. Introdución

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your Fujifilm FinePix S9600 digital camera. 5. Configuración

5.1. Instalación da batería

The FinePix S9600 uses four AA-size batteries. Ensure the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.2. Instalación da tarxeta de memoria

The camera supports both xD-Picture Card and CompactFlash (CF) memory cards. Open the memory card slot cover, insert the card firmly until it clicks into place, and then close the cover.

5.3. Acendido inicial e axuste da data e a hora

After installing batteries and a memory card, turn on the camera using the power switch. The first time you power on, you may be prompted to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure these settings.

6. Funcionamento da cámara

6.1. Modos básicos de fotografía

6.2. Control de zoom e enfoque

The 10.7x optical zoom lens can be adjusted manually by rotating the lens barrel. For focusing, the camera offers both autofocus and manual focus options. In manual focus mode, rotate the focus ring on the lens barrel to achieve sharp focus.

6.3. Configuración avanzada

Access the camera's menu system to adjust settings such as ISO sensitivity, white balance, metering mode, and image quality (JPEG/RAW).

6.4. Gravación de vídeo

To record video, select the movie mode on the mode dial. Press the shutter button to start and stop recording. The camera supports video recording at resolutions such as 640x480 pixels or 320x240 pixels.

7.2. Almacenamento

When not in use, store the camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if the camera will not be used for an extended period. Use a lens cap to protect the lens.

8 Solución de problemas

Se tes problemas coa túa cámara, consulta os seguintes problemas e solucións comúns:

• A cámara non se acende: Check battery charge and ensure they are inserted correctly.
• As imaxes están borrosas: Ensure the lens is clean, check focus settings, and use a faster shutter speed or tripod in low light.
• Erro da tarxeta de memoria: Reinsert the memory card, try a different compatible card, or format the card (note: formatting deletes all data).
• O flash non se dispara: Check flash settings; ensure it is not set to 'off' or in a mode where flash is suppressed.
• Poor image quality in low light: Increase ISO sensitivity (may introduce noise), use flash, or use a tripod with longer exposure.
