4. Configuración e instalación
The SS-770-3P smoke alarms are designed for easy installation. Each unit comes with the necessary mounting hardware.
4.1 Instalación da batería
Each smoke alarm requires one 9-volt battery (included).
- Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the alarm by twisting counter-clockwise.

Test your smoke alarm weekly.
- Press and hold the test button located on the front of the alarm.
- The alarm will sound a loud, piercing tone (approximately 85dB).
- Release the button. The alarm should stop sounding.
- If the alarm does not sound during testing, refer to the Troubleshooting section.
5.2 Silence Feature
In case of a nuisance alarm (e.g., from cooking smoke), you can temporarily silence the alarm.
