- Limpeza: Before first use, wash the stainless steel bowl, flat beater, dough hook, wire whip, and pouring shield in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The mixer base can be wiped with a damp pano.
- Placing the Mixer: Position the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure there is adequate space around the mixer for operation and ventilation.

- Ensure the speed control lever is set to "0" (Off) and the mixer is unplugged.
- Raise the motor head by pushing the bowl-lift lever down.
- Place the mixing bowl into the bowl clamps, ensuring the bowl pins fit into the clamps.
- Push the bowl-lift lever up to secure the bowl in the raised position.

Instrucións de funcionamento
Your KitchenAid PRO 500 Series Stand Mixer features 10 speeds and a Soft Start function for optimal mixing.

- Engadindo ingredientes: Add ingredients to the mixing bowl. The pouring shield can be used to minimize splatter.

- Speed 4 (Beat/Medium Mix): For medium speed mixing, creaming, or beating.
- Speed 6-8 (Fast Beat/Whip): For fast beating, whipping, or aerating.
- Speed 10 (Fast Whip): For fast whipping of small amounts of cream or egg whites.
Nota: The Soft Start feature gradually increases speed to prevent splashing.

- Removing Bowl and Accessory:

Limpeza

- Flat Beater, Dough Hook, Wire Whip: These accessories are made of burnished metal and are NOT dishwasher-safe. Hand wash them immediately after use in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly to prevent oxidation.
