3. Configuración e montaxe

1. Colocar mango: Insert the handle into the main body of the steam mop until it clicks securely into place. A screwdriver may be required for some models to secure the handle with a screw.

   • Open the water tank cap located on the front of the unit.
   • Use the provided measuring cup to fill the tank with distilled or demineralized water. Do not overfill.

3. Attach Mop Pad: Select either the soft pad for everyday cleaning or the scrubby pad for tougher messes. Align the pad with the mop head and press firmly to attach it using the hook and loop fasteners.

4.1 General Floor Cleaning

1. Área de preparación: Vacuum or sweep the floor thoroughly before using the steam mop to remove loose dirt and debris.
2. Conectar: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.

4. Comezar a limpeza: Slowly move the steam mop across the floor surface. The steam will activate as you move the mop. For sanitization, hold the mop over the area for at least 15-20 seconds.

6. Limpeza final: When finished, press the power button to turn off the steam, then unplug the unit.

4.2 Using the SpotBoost Brush

The detachable SpotBoost Brush is designed for tackling tough, sticky messes and grout lines.

5. Mantemento

5.1 Limpeza das fregonas

• Remove mop pads after each use.
• Machine wash pads in warm water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low or air dry.
• Replace pads when they become worn or lose their cleaning effectiveness.

5.2 Emptying Water Tank

After each use, or before storing, empty any remaining water from the tank. This helps prevent mineral buildup and prolongs the life of the unit.

5.3 Descaling (Recommended Periodically)

To maintain optimal steam performance, periodically descale your steam mop, especially if using tap water (though distilled water is recommended). Consult the full product manual for detailed descaling instructions, which typically involve using a vinegar solution.

5.4 Almacenamento

Store the steam mop in a dry, protected area. Ensure the water tank is empty and the mop pad is removed and cleaned before storage. The power cord can be wrapped around the cord wraps on the unit.
