Introdución

This manual provides instructions for the safe and effective use of your Coleman CPX 6 Classic XL 700 Lumens LED Lantern. Please read these instructions thoroughly before operating the lantern and retain them for future reference.

The Coleman CPX 6 Classic XL LED Lantern is designed for outdoor use, providing up to 700 lumens of light. It features an IPX4 waterproof rating, two light modes, and compatibility with the Coleman CPX 6 power system, allowing use with either D-cell batteries or a rechargeable power cartridge (sold separately).

Configuración

Instalación da fonte de alimentación

The lantern operates using either four (4) D-cell batteries or a Coleman CPX 6 rechargeable power cartridge (sold separately).

Ensure the lantern is turned off.

Twist the base counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
For D-cell batteries: Insert four (4) D-cell batteries into the battery cartridge, observing the polarity markings (+/-).
For CPX 6 rechargeable cartridge: Insert the fully charged CPX 6 rechargeable power cartridge into the compartment.
Replace the base by aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until securely locked.

Turning On/Off and Mode Selection

The lantern features a rotary switch for power control and mode selection.

Locate the rotary switch on the front of the lantern's base.
Rotate the switch clockwise to the first detent for Baixo mode (140 lumens).
Continue rotating the switch clockwise to the second detent for Alto mode (700 lumens).
To turn the lantern off, rotate the switch counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position.

Manexar o uso

The large bail handle allows for easy carrying and hanging of the lantern.

Use the handle to transport the lantern.
Hang the lantern from a hook or branch for overhead illumination.

Mantemento

Limpeza

Almacenamento

For long-term storage, remove D-cell batteries to prevent leakage and corrosion.
Store the lantern in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The LED light source is designed for long life and does not require replacement.

Resolución de problemas

Problema	Causa posible	Solución
A lanterna non se acende.	As baterías están agotadas ou están mal instaladas. CPX 6 rechargeable cartridge is not charged. Base not securely locked.	Replace D-cell batteries or ensure correct polarity. Charge the CPX 6 rechargeable cartridge. Twist base clockwise until securely locked.
A luz é débil.	As baterías están baixas. Lantern is in Low mode.	Replace D-cell batteries or recharge CPX 6 cartridge. Rotate switch to High mode.
