1. Introdución

5. Instalación e cableado

The controller features clearly labeled interfaces for easy installation. Follow the steps below and refer to the wiring diagram for correct connections.

Conexións de cableado:

• Motor Cable A, B, C: Connect these three cables to the corresponding motor phase wires. These are typically thicker wires.
• Luz de freo: Connect to your electric bicycle's brake light system.
• Intelligent Identification 1 & 2: These are for automatic motor phase identification. Connect them together briefly during initial setup, then disconnect once the motor runs smoothly.
• Cruise Function: Connect to activate the cruise control feature, if your system supports it.
• Battery Positive Electrode: Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of your 36V/48V battery.
• Speed Steering Handle: Connect to the throttle or speed control grip.
• Low Potential Brake: Connect to the brake lever switch for low-level braking signal.
• Assist Sensor: Connect to the pedal assist sensor (PAS) for assisted riding.
• Battery Negative Electrode: Connect the black wire to the negative terminal of your 36V/48V battery.

Ensure all connections are firm and insulated to prevent electrical hazards and ensure optimal performance.

1. Encendido: Turn on the main power switch of your electric bicycle or scooter.

• Sen enerxía:
  • Comprobe as conexións da batería e asegúrese de que a batería estea cargada.
  • Verifique que o interruptor principal estea acendido.
  • Inspect all power wires for damage or loose connections.
• O motor non responde:
  • Ensure motor phase wires (Motor Cable A, B, C) are correctly connected.
  • Check the speed steering handle (throttle) connection.
  • If applicable, re-perform the intelligent identification process by connecting the two intelligent identification wires briefly.
• Erratic Speed or Performance:
  • Inspect all signal wires (throttle, brake, assist sensor) for secure connections and damage.
  • Ensure no wires are short-circuiting or making intermittent contact.

  • Ensure the controller is mounted in a location with adequate airflow.
