Configuración e montaxe

Assembly of the GIANTZ Garden Shed requires patience and attention to detail. Follow the steps below carefully. It is highly recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

1. Preparación do sitio

Choose a level, solid site for your shed. A concrete slab or a well-compacted gravel base is ideal. The shed includes a steel base frame, but a stable foundation is crucial for long-term stability.

2. Montaxe da estrutura base

Assemble the galvanized steel base frame according to the diagrams in the included assembly guide. Ensure all connections are secure and the frame is square before proceeding.

3. Instalación de paneis de parede

Attach the corrugated galvanized steel wall panels to the base frame and connect them to each other using the provided fasteners. Work systematically around the shed, ensuring panels are aligned correctly.

4. Roof Assembly

Install the roof support beams and then attach the roof panels. The sloped roof design facilitates water drainage. Ensure all roof panels overlap correctly and are securely fastened to prevent leaks.

5. Door and Vent Installation

Install the double sliding doors into their tracks. Attach the handles and the lock mechanism. Finally, install the four air vents, two on the front and two on the rear, ensuring they are securely in place for proper air circulation.

The shed features double sliding doors. To open, simply slide one or both doors along their tracks. To close, slide them back until they meet in the center. Ensure the tracks are clear of debris for smooth operation.

Locking the Shed

A lock is included with the shed. Use the provided lock to secure the double sliding doors when not in use to protect your stored items.

Ventilación

The four air vents (two front, two rear) provide continuous air circulation to prevent stuffiness and condensation inside the shed. Do not block these vents.

Mantemento

The GIANTZ Steel Base Garden Shed is designed to be largely maintenance-free due to its galvanized steel and polypropylene construction, which are corrosion-resistant and weatherproof. However, regular checks can extend its lifespan and ensure optimal performance.

• Limpeza: Periodically clean the exterior with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
