It features stable and high-speed measurements, a comparator function with a 0.8-second response time, and a robust, drop-proof design capable of withstanding a 1-meter fall onto concrete. 2.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Contador

The HIOKI 3280-10F is a thin and robust AC clamp meter, an essential tool for electricians. It allows for easy measurement of AC current, AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance, and continuity. Its compact design with a jaw thickness of 9.5mm enables measurements in confined spaces. The meter supports an optional AC flexible current sensor (CT6280) for enhanced versatility and features an expanded operating temperature range for use in diverse environments.

3. Configuración

3.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Instalación de baterías

  1. Asegúrese de que o instrumento estea apagado.
  2. Localice o compartimento da batería na parte traseira da unidade.
  3. Abra a tapa da batería.
  4. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries (LR6), observing correct polarity.
  5. Pecha a tapa da batería de forma segura.

  1. Connect the red test lead to the LINE terminal and the black test lead to the EARTH terminal.
  2. Ensure connections are firm and secure.

3.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Contador

Instalación de baterías

  4. Insert one (1) CR2032 coin-type lithium battery, observing correct polarity.

  2. Ensure connections are firm and secure.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Medición de resistencia de illamento

  1. Turn the rotary switch to the desired insulation resistance voltage (50 V, 125 V, 250 V, 500 V ou 1000 V).
  2. Conecte os cables de proba ao circuíto probado.
  3. Press and hold the MEASURE button. The measurement will begin, and the result will be displayed.
  4. Release the MEASURE button to stop the measurement. The circuit will automatically discharge.

DC Voltage Medición

  1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position.

4.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Contador

Medición de corrente alterna

  1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'A~' position.
  2. Abre o clamp jaws and enclose a single conductor. Ensure the jaws are fully closed.
  3. The AC current value will be displayed.

Vol. ACtage Medición

DC Voltage Medición

  4. If continuity exists (resistance below threshold), the buzzer will sound.

5. Mantemento

Substitución da batería

Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to the 'Battery Installation' section for specific instructions for each model.

Limpeza

Wipe the instrument with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild detergent, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Almacenamento

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the instruments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6 Solución de problemas
