The TecTake® Office Filing Cabinet is designed for optimal organization and secure storage of documents. It features three spacious drawers, a central locking mechanism, and label holders for efficient filing.

Configuración e montaxe

This filing cabinet is supplied as a flat-pack and requires assembly. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper construction and stability. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Desempaquetar compoñentes: Carefully unpack all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.
2. Identificar paneis: Identify the side panels, top panel, bottom panel, and back panel. Ensure correct orientation as per the assembly diagrams (if provided with physical product).
3. Montaxe do cadro: Begin by attaching the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided fasteners. Then, attach the top panel. Ensure all connections are secure and tight.
4. Instalar os raís do caixón: Attach the telescopic drawer rails to the inside of the cabinet frame. Pay attention to the left and right rails and their correct positioning for smooth drawer operation.
5. Montar caixóns: Assemble each of the three drawers. This typically involves attaching the front, back, and side panels to the drawer base. Install the corresponding parts of the telescopic rails onto the drawers.
6. Inserir caixóns: Carefully slide each assembled drawer onto its respective rails within the cabinet frame. Ensure they slide smoothly and fully extend.
7. Install Lock and Handles: Attach the central locking mechanism to the top drawer and ensure it aligns with the locking points for all drawers. Install the drawer handles and label holders.
8. Verificación final: Once assembled, place the cabinet on a stable, level surface. Test all drawers for smooth operation and verify the locking mechanism functions correctly.

Instrucións de funcionamento

Usando os caixóns

• To open a drawer, pull the handle outwards. The telescopic rails allow for smooth and full extension of the drawers.

• Each drawer is equipped with a hanging file rail, suitable for A4 files. Arrange your documents using appropriate hanging folders.
• Do not overload drawers beyond the specified load capacity of 30 kg per drawer to prevent tipping and damage.

Usando o mecanismo de bloqueo

• The cabinet features a central locking system. Insert one of the provided keys into the lock located on the top drawer.
• Turn the key clockwise to lock all three drawers simultaneously. Ensure all drawers are fully closed before attempting to lock.
• Turn the key counter-clockwise to unlock the drawers.
• Always remove the key after locking or unlocking to prevent loss or unauthorized access. Keep the spare key in a secure location.

Using Label Holders

• Each drawer handle includes a slot for a label. Insert a paper label with the contents of the drawer for easy identification.
• This feature aids in creating an organized and easily accessible filing system.

Mantemento

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your filing cabinet.

• Limpeza: Limpe as superficies exteriores cun suave, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the powder-coated finish.
• Guías de caixón: Periodically check the telescopic rails for any debris or dust. If drawers become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the rails, but avoid oil-based lubricants which can attract dust.
• Mecanismo de peche: Ensure the lock mechanism remains free of dust and debris. Do not force the key if it feels stiff; a small amount of graphite powder can be used if necessary.
