4. Configuración e montaxe
The HECHT 752 tiller requires some assembly before first use. Follow these general steps:
- Desembalaxe: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage during transit and ensure all parts are present according to the packing list.
- Montaxe do mango: Attach the upper and lower handle sections to the main unit using the provided bolts and knobs. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Fixación da roda: Install the transport wheels. These wheels aid in moving the tiller to and from the work area and can be adjusted for tilling depth.
- Preparación de combustible: This is a 2-stroke engine. It requires a specific mixture of gasoline and 2-stroke engine oil. Refer to the engine specifications for the correct mixing ratio (e.g., 1:25 or 1:50). Mix the fuel in a separate, approved container before pouring it into the fuel tank. Do not use pure gasoline.
- Comprobacións iniciais: Before starting, ensure all connections are secure, the spark plug is properly seated, and there are no fuel leaks.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento
5.1. Abastecemento de combustible
- Asegúrate de que o motor estea apagado e frío.
- Trasládese a unha zona exterior ben ventilada.
- Abra con coidado a tapa do depósito de combustible.
- Pour the pre-mixed gasoline-oil fuel into the tank, avoiding overfilling.
- Peche ben a tapa do depósito de combustible.
5.2. Arranque do motor
- Place the tiller on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure the tines are not in contact with the ground or any obstacles.
- Set the choke lever to the 'START' or 'CHOKE' position (if applicable).
- Prema a bombilla de cebado varias veces ata que se vexa o combustible.
- Hold the tiller firmly with one hand on the handle.
- Pull the starting handle cord with a smooth, steady motion until the engine starts.
- Unha vez que o motor arranque, mova gradualmente a panca do estrangulador á posición "RUN".
5.3. Tilling Operation
- With the engine running, engage the tines (if there's a clutch lever).
- Guide the tiller slowly into the soil. The 250 mm working width allows for efficient coverage.
- Allow the tines to penetrate the soil. Do not force the machine.
- Move the tiller forward in a controlled manner, overlapping passes slightly to ensure complete cultivation.
- For deeper cultivation, make multiple passes, gradually increasing the depth.

5.4. Parar o motor
- Release the accelerator or throttle lever.
- Mova o interruptor do motor á posición "OFF".
- Allow the engine to cool down before storage or maintenance.
6. Mantemento
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tiller.
- Limpeza: After each use, clean the tiller, especially the tines and engine cooling fins, to remove soil, debris, and plant matter. Use a brush or cloth. Do not use high-pressure water directly on the engine.
- Buxía: Periodically inspect the spark plug for wear or fouling. Clean or replace as necessary. The recommended electrode gap is 0.6 - 0.8 mm.
- Filtro de ar: Check and clean the air filter regularly. A clogged air filter can reduce engine performance.
- Sistema de combustible: For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank and run the engine until it stops to clear the carburetor of fuel. This prevents fuel degradation and gumming.
- Inspección da lámina: Inspect the tines for wear, damage, or looseness. Replace worn blades to maintain effective tilling.
- Lubricación: Refer to the product diagram for any lubrication points and apply appropriate grease or oil as recommended.
- Inspección xeral: Regularly check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners for tightness. Tighten any loose components.
