1. Introdución
The Y&H RBL10A-DE Solar Charge Controller is an intelligent, multi-purpose solar charge and discharge controller. It is designed to meet the requirements of various home photovoltaic systems, including domestic lighting systems. This controller automatically recognizes and manages 12V and 24V lead-acid and gel batteries, ensuring efficient and safe power management from your solar panels.

2. Instrucións de seguridade importantes
Please read these instructions carefully before installation and operation to prevent damage to the controller or other components.
- Orde de conexión: To avoid detection errors and potential damage, always connect the battery to the charge controller primeiro. Then, connect the solar panel. Finally, connect the load.
- Disconnection Order: When uninstalling or disconnecting the system, the reverse order applies: disconnect the load first, then the solar panel, and finally the battery.
- Voltage Compatibilidade: Asegúrese de que a batería voltage matches the controller's auto-detection range (12V/24V).
- Ventilación: Instale o controlador nunha zona ben ventilada para evitar o sobrequecemento.

4. Configuración e instalación
Follow these steps to correctly connect your solar charge controller:
- Conecte a batería: Connect the battery to the charge controller's battery terminals (marked with '+' and '-'). Ensure correct polarity.
- Conecta o panel solar: Connect the photovoltaic module (solar panel) to the charge controller's solar panel terminals (also marked with '+' and '-'). Ensure correct polarity.
- Conectar a carga: Connect your DC load (e.g., lights, fans) to the charge controller's load terminals (marked with '+' and '-'). Ensure correct polarity.
Nota importante: Always follow the connection order: Battery → Solar Panel → Load. Reversing this order, especially connecting the solar panel before the battery, can damage the controller.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento
The controller features an LCD display and three buttons for navigation and parameter settings:
- Botón de menú: Press to browse different interfaces and enter/exit parameter setting mode.
- Botón Arriba: Used to increase values or navigate upwards.
- Botón de abaixo: Used to decrease values or navigate downwards.
5.1. Browsing Interfaces
Press the 'Menu' button to cycle through the main display interfaces, which show real-time data such as battery voltage, charging status, and load status.
5.2. Configuración de parámetros
To enter parameter setting mode:
- From the browsing interface (interface 2-5), prensa longa the 'Menu' button until the displayed value starts flashing.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to adjust the parameter value.
- Presión longa the 'Menu' button again to save the setting and exit the parameter adjustment mode. A short press will move to the next parameter without saving.
Adjustable parameters include:
- Float Voltage (HVD): Default 13.7V (adjustable from 13.3V to 15V).
- Vol. de reconexión de descargatage (LVD): Default 12.6V (adjustable from 11V to 13.5V).
- Vol. de parada de descargatage (RVD): Default 10.7V (adjustable from 9V to 12.3V).
- Tipo de batería: Select from B01 (Sealed 14.4V), B02 (Gel 14.2V), B03 (Flooded 14.6V).
- Modo de traballo: Set load working hours (24H, 1-23H, 0H).

6. Mantemento
Un mantemento regular garante un rendemento óptimo e unha maior lonxevidade do seu controlador de carga solar:
- Limpeza: Manteña o controlador limpo e libre de po e residuos. Use un pano seco para limpar.
- Comprobacións de conexión: Periodically inspect all wire connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Loose connections can cause power loss or overheating.
- Ventilación: Ensure that the ventilation openings are not blocked to allow proper airflow and heat dissipation.
- Condicións ambientais: Verifique que o ambiente operativo se manteña dentro do rango de temperatura especificado (de -35 °C a +60 °C).
7 Solución de problemas
Se tes problemas co teu controlador de carga solar, considera os seguintes problemas e solucións comúns:
- Sen pantalla/alimentación:
- Comprobe as conexións da batería e asegúrese de que a batería estea cargada.
- Verifique que a batería voltage está dentro do rango de funcionamento do controlador (12 V/24 V).
- Sen carga desde o panel solar:
- Ensure solar panel connections are correct and secure.
- Check if the solar panel is receiving sufficient sunlight.
- Verify the solar panel's voltagsaída.
- Carga non funciona:
- Check load connections and ensure the load is not faulty.
- Verify the battery has sufficient charge. The controller will cut off the load if the battery voltage drops below the discharge stop voltage.
- Check the load's operating mode settings (Work Mode).

- Reduce the connected load to prevent exceeding the controller's maximum discharge current (10A).
