1. Introdución

The EuroFone V10 Motorcycle Helmet Bluetooth Headset is designed to provide seamless communication and entertainment for motorcycle riders. Featuring advanced Bluetooth 5.0 technology, DSP noise reduction, and IP65 waterproof rating, this headset ensures clear audio and reliable performance in various conditions. It supports full-duplex intercom for up to 10 riders, allowing for group conversations during rides. Enjoy music, FM radio, GPS navigation, and phone calls directly through your helmet.

3. Configuración e instalación

3.1 Carga do dispositivo

Before first use, fully charge the EuroFone V10. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the unit and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 15 hours of working time or 350 hours of standby time.

The EuroFone V10 can be installed using either the clip-on mount or the adhesive mount.

1. Escolla lugar de montaxe: Select a flat surface on the left side of your helmet where the unit will not obstruct vision or movement.
2. Instalar altofalantes:
   • Remove the helmet's inner padding.
   • Attach the speakers to the ear pockets inside the helmet using the adhesive pads. Ensure the speakers are positioned directly over your ears for optimal sound.
   • Route the speaker wires discreetly under the helmet padding to the chosen mounting location for the main unit.
3. Instalar o micrófono:
   • For full-face helmets, use the soft-wire microphone and attach it to the inside of the chin bar, ensuring it is close to your mouth.
   • For open-face or flip-up helmets, use the hard-wire boom microphone and attach it to the helmet's chin strap or side, positioning it near your mouth.
   • Connect the microphone to the speaker cable.
4. Attach Main Unit:
   • Clip-on Mount: Slide the clip between the helmet shell and the inner padding. Secure it firmly.
   • Montaxe adhesivo: Clean the chosen surface on the helmet. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive mount and firmly press it onto the helmet for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before attaching the unit.
5. Mount the V10 Unit: Slide the EuroFone V10 main unit onto the installed mounting bracket until it clicks into place.
6. Cables de conexión: Plug the speaker/microphone cable into the corresponding port on the EuroFone V10 main unit.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Encendido/apagado

• Encendido: Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a power icon) for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the LED indicator light up.
• Apagado: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the LED indicator turn off.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing with Mobile Devices

The EuroFone V10 can connect to your mobile phone, GPS, or MP3 player via Bluetooth 5.0.

1. With the unit powered off, press and hold the Power button for about 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.

3. Select "EuroFone V10" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly. You will hear a confirmation tone.

After successful pairing, the headset can automatically answer calls, play music, and provide navigation information from your connected device.

4.3 Intercom Function (Multi-Rider Communication)

The V10 supports full-duplex intercom for 2 to 10 riders. The maximum intercom distance between two riders is up to 300 meters, with a group maximum of 2500 meters.

2. Pairing Multiple Units: Follow the specific pairing instructions in the full manual for multi-unit pairing sequences. Generally, units are paired in a chain.
3. Ending Intercom: Short press the Intercom button again to end the intercom conversation.

4.4 Phone Calls, Music, and FM Radio

The V10 allows intelligent switching between various audio functions.

• Atender / finalizar chamadas: A short press of the Phone button (or Power button, depending on model variant) will answer an incoming call. Another short press will end the call.
• Rexeitando chamadas: Press and hold the Phone button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
• Reprodución de música: Once paired with a music device, short press the Play/Pause button to play or pause music. Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to adjust volume.
• Radio FM:
  • To activate FM radio, short press the FM button.
  • To scan for stations, press and hold the Volume Up/Down buttons.
  • To switch between preset stations, short press the Volume Up/Down buttons.
  • To exit FM radio, short press the FM button again.

5. Mantemento e coidados

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your EuroFone V10 headset.

• Limpeza: Use un suave, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the unit. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Resistencia á auga: The V10 is IP65 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. While it can withstand rain, avoid submerging the unit in water.
• Almacenamento: When not in use for extended periods, store the headset in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to charge the battery every 3 months to maintain its health.
• Temperatura: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold) as this can affect battery life and electronic components.
