B. Canning and Preserving (Weck Jars)

The Korona 48100 is ideal for preserving fruits, vegetables, and other foods in jars.

1. Coloca o Insert Grid at the bottom of the pot. This prevents jars from direct contact with the heating element.
2. Arrange your filled and sealed canning jars (e.g., Weck jars) on the insert grid. Ensure there is sufficient space between jars for water circulation.
3. Fill the pot with water until the jars are covered by at least 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) of water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

C. Keep Warm Function
