Configuración

- Colocación: Place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Limpeza inicial: Before first use, wipe the cooking plate with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. The grease drip tray should also be cleaned.
- Conecta o termostato: Insert the detachable thermostat control into the designated slot on the griddle until it clicks securely into place.

- Prequecemento: Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature setting (1-5). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the griddle is heating. Allow 5-10 minutes for the griddle to reach the set temperature. The light will turn off when ready.
- Cociña: Place food directly onto the preheated cooking surface. The RockStone non-stick coating allows for cooking with minimal to no oil.

Mantemento e Limpeza
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your griddle.

- Clean Grease Drip Tray: Empty and clean the grease drip tray after each use. It is also dishwasher safe.
