4.1 Installing the Router Bit

5.1 Powering On and Speed Control

1. Plug the router into a suitable 220-240V ~ 50/60Hz power outlet.
2. Adjust the variable speed control dial to the desired RPM (9000-23000 RPM) based on the material and bit type. Lower speeds are generally for larger bits and harder materials.
3. Press the power switch to turn on the router. Allow the motor to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece.
