4. Configuración

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove the toaster and all packaging materials. Keep packaging for future storage or disposal.
2. Colocación: Place the toaster on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from flammable materials such as curtains or walls. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
3. Primeiro uso: Before first use, operate the toaster without bread for a few cycles at a medium browning setting to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may occur; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

The GASTROBACK Digital 4S Toaster features two independent control sections, allowing you to toast different items simultaneously with separate settings for the left and right pairs of slots.

5.1 Torrado básico

1. Insert up to two slices of bread into the desired toasting slots (left or right side).
2. Usa o Tipo de pan button to select the appropriate bread type (White, Bagel, Grain, Sweet, Waffle, Eng. Muffin, Gluten-Free). The selected type will be displayed on the LCD.
3. Adjust the browning level using the botóns +/-. There are 7 adjustable browning levels.
4. Preme o browning lever down until it locks into place. The toasting cycle will begin, and the LCD will display a countdown timer.
5. Once the cycle is complete, the toast will automatically pop up.

5.2 Bread Type Programs

The toaster offers 7 predefined toasting programs for optimal results:

• Branco: Standard setting for white bread.
• Bagel: Tosta o lado cortado dos bagels mentres quenta suavemente o lado exterior.
• Gran: Optimized for whole grain or denser bread types.
• Doce: For sweet breads like brioche or fruit bread.
• Waffle: Ideal for frozen or fresh waffles.

• Gluten-Free: Adjusted for gluten-free bread, which often requires a different toasting profile.

5.3 Función de memoria

The toaster allows you to save and easily select up to 4 preferred settings (bread type and browning level).

1. Set your desired bread type and browning level.
2. Manteña premido o Memoria button until the display indicates the setting is saved.
3. To recall a saved setting, press the Memoria button briefly to cycle through your saved preferences.

5.4 Función de requecemento

To warm up already toasted bread without further browning:

• Insert the bread.
• Preme o Requentar botón.
• Press the browning lever down.

5.5 Función de desconxelación

Para tostar o pan conxelado:

• Press the browning lever down. The toaster will automatically adjust the toasting time.

5.6 Función de cancelación

5.7 Hi-Lift Function

After toasting, you can manually lift the browning lever higher than its resting position to easily retrieve smaller items like English muffins or small pastries without burning your fingers.

5.8 Integrated Warming Rack

The integrated warming rack is ideal for warming croissants, rolls, and other pastries.

1. Push the lever on the side of the toaster upwards to raise the warming rack.

4. Monitor the warming process to prevent burning.
5. Once warmed, lift the lever to retract the rack.

1. Always unplug the toaster and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Tire da bandexa de migallas extraíble situada na parte inferior da torradora.
3. Discard accumulated crumbs.
4. Limpar a bandexa con anunciosamp un pano e seque ben antes de volvelo colocar.
5. Nunca utilice a torradeira sen a bandexa de migas colocada.

6.2 Limpeza exterior

• Limpe o exterior da torradora cun pano suave eamp pano. Non empregue produtos de limpeza abrasivos nin estropaxos metálicos, xa que poden raiar o acabado do aceiro inoxidable.
• Ensure no moisture enters the toasting slots or electrical components.
• Secar ben despois da limpeza.
