Please read these instructions carefully before operating the charger to ensure proper function and to prevent damage or injury.

4. Setup and Connector Verification

Nota: This charger is not compatible with NEOMOUV brand bikes fitted with Greenway 36V batteries, nor can it replace chargers with model numbers SHC-8100LC, STC-8129LC, and LBC100201.

5. Operating Instructions (Charging Process)

1. Conectar á batería: First, connect the 5-pin charger plug securely into the charging port of your 36V battery.
2. Conectar á enerxía: Plug the charger's AC power cord into a standard 100V-240V wall outlet.
3. Indicador LED do monitor:
   • A VERMELLO LED light indicates that the battery is currently charging.
   • A VERDE LED light indicates that the battery is fully charged or the charger is disconnected from the battery.
4. Tempo de carga: Charging time will vary depending on the battery's capacity and its current charge level.
5. Desconectar: Once the LED indicator turns green, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet first, then disconnect the charger plug from the battery.

Nota importante sobre o volumetage: The charger's output voltage (42V) is intentionally higher than the battery's nominal voltage (36V). This is normal and necessary for a complete charge cycle. Do not be alarmed by this difference.

6. Mantemento

• Limpeza: Disconnect the charger from the power supply and battery before cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• Almacenamento: Garda o cargador nun lugar fresco e seco cando non o uses. Evita temperaturas e humidade extremas.
• Coidado do cable: Do not pull the cable forcefully or wrap it too tightly around the charger. Inspect the cable and plug regularly for any signs of damage.

7 Solución de problemas

If the charger is not functioning as expected, please check the following:

• Sen luz LED:

  • Verify the battery is properly connected to the charger.

• LED remains green when connected to battery:

• Charger gets warm during use:
  • It is normal for the charger to become warm during operation. Ensure it has adequate ventilation and is not covered.
  • If the charger becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/unusual odors, immediately disconnect it from power and battery and cease use.
