1. Instrucións de seguridade importantes

The Cecotec Toast & Taste 9000 is a double-slot toaster designed for household use. It features two extra-long, wide slots accommodating up to four slices of bread or larger items. With a maximum power of 1630 W, it offers three pre-set functions: reheat, defrost, and cancel. A removable warming rack is included for heating pastries, cakes, or croissants. The toaster provides six browning levels for customizable toasting. Its extra-lift function allows for easy removal of smaller toast pieces, and the automatic centering system ensures even toasting. For convenience, it includes an easily removable crumb tray for quick cleaning, a non-slip base, and integrated cable storage.

3. Configuración

1. Desembalaxe: Retire con coidado a torradora e todos os accesorios da embalaxe. Garde a embalaxe para o seu almacenamento ou transporte futuros.

3. Primeiro uso: Before first use, operate the toaster without bread on the highest browning setting (level 6) for a few minutes. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and eliminate initial odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Torrado básico

2. Place up to four slices of bread into the toaster slots. The automatic centering system will position the bread for even toasting.
3. Select your desired browning level using the browning control knob (1-6). Level 1 is for light toast, and level 6 is for dark toast. Start with a medium setting (e.g., 3 or 4) and adjust as needed.
4. Press the toast lever down until it locks into place. The indicator light will illuminate, and the toasting cycle will begin.
5. Once the selected browning level is reached, the toast will automatically pop up, and the indicator light will turn off.
6. Use the extra-lift function by pushing the toast lever further up to easily retrieve smaller pieces of toast.

4.2 Funcións especiais

The Cecotec Toast & Taste 9000 features three illuminated function buttons:

• Cancel Button (⏹): Press this button at any time to stop the toasting cycle and eject the toast.
• Botón de requentamento (☺): Use this function to warm up previously toasted bread without further browning. Place the toast in the slots, press the lever down, then press the reheat button.
• Defrost Button (❄): This function allows you to toast frozen bread. Place the frozen bread in the slots, press the lever down, then press the defrost button. The toaster will automatically adjust the toasting time.

4.3 Uso da grella de quecemento

The included warming rack is ideal for heating larger items like pastries, croissants, or buns.

1. Place the warming rack securely over the toaster slots.

3. Set the browning control to a low setting (e.g., 1 or 2).
4. Press the toast lever down. The heating elements will activate to gently warm the items.
5. Monitor the warming process closely to prevent burning. The warming rack does not automatically pop up.
6. Once warmed, carefully remove the items and the warming rack.

5. Mantemento e Limpeza

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your toaster.

5. Almacenamento: When not in use, the power cord can be wrapped around the cord storage area at the bottom of the toaster. Store the toaster in a clean, dry place.
