3. Instalación

The Candy CCGM9025PX/E is a freestanding appliance designed for table installation. Professional installation by a qualified technician is highly recommended for gas and electrical connections.

3.1 Desembalaxe

3.2 Posicionamento

3.3 Conexión de gas

• Ensure the main gas supply is turned off.
• Connect the appliance to the gas supply using a suitable flexible or rigid pipe.
• Check all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution (do not use a flame).

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Uso da placa de gas

The hob features 5 gas burners. Each burner is controlled by a dedicated knob on the control panel.

• To Ignite a Burner: Push and turn the corresponding knob counter-clockwise to the maximum flame position. Hold the knob in for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up (if applicable).
• Axuste de chama: Once ignited, release the knob and adjust the flame size by turning the knob between the maximum and minimum flame positions.

4.2 Using the Gas Oven

The oven is suitable for baking, roasting, and grilling.

• Cocer/Asar: Place food on the appropriate oven rack. Monitor cooking progress through the oven door.
• Función Grill: Turn the oven function knob to the grill setting. Use the grill pan and rack provided. Keep the oven door slightly ajar when grilling (refer to specific model instructions if different).
• Desactivando: Turn the oven function knob to the "OFF" position.

5. Mantemento e Limpeza

5.1 Limpeza xeral

• Remove pan supports and burner caps/crowns. Wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

• Reassemble only when all parts are completely dry.

• Remove oven racks and accessories. Wash them in warm soapy water.
