Before first use, fully charge the CAT CLJ1200 jump starter. It is recommended to recharge the unit after each use and at least every 3-6 months to maintain optimal battery health.

1. Using the AC Wall Charger: Connect the AC charger to the jump starter's charging port and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
2. Using the DC Car Charger: For charging on the go, connect the DC car charger to the jump starter's charging port and plug it into your vehicle's 12V accessory outlet.
3. The 3-bar battery display will indicate the charging progress. All three bars will illuminate when fully charged.

Always ensure the jump starter is fully charged before attempting to jump-start a vehicle. Follow these steps carefully:

The integrated LED work light provides illumination for working in dark environments, such as under the hood at night.

1. Preparar o vehículo: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories (lights, radio, air conditioning). Engage the parking brake.
2. Conectar os cables de arranque:

   • Conecta o NEGRO cl negativo (-)amp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the vehicle's engine block or chassis, away from the battery. Do not connect the negative clamp directly to the negative terminal of the dead battery.

   The smart cables feature reverse-polarity protection. If an incorrect connection is made, an alarm will sound, and the unit will not allow current to flow, preventing damage.
3. Arranque o vehículo: Once the cables are correctly connected and the smart controller indicates a safe connection, attempt to start the vehicle. Crank the engine for no more than 5 seconds.
4. If Vehicle Doesn't Start: Wait at least 1 minute before attempting to crank the engine again. Do not attempt more than three consecutive jump starts.

1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to either the USB Type-A or USB Type-C port on the jump starter.
