4. Configuración e montaxe

5. Instrucións de funcionamento
5.1 Axuste da altura do asento
Para axustar a altura do asento:
- Afrouxa o botón de axuste situado na tija do asento.
- Raise or lower the seat to your desired height. Ensure your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.
- Tighten the adjustment knob securely to lock the seat in place.

5.2 Axuste da resistencia
The exercise bike features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance:
- Localice o botón de control de tensión no marco principal.
- Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance (levels 1-8, 'High').
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (levels 8-1, 'Low').

5.3 Uso da pantalla LCD
The LCD display tracks your workout data. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the monitor to activate it.
- ESCANEAR: Percorre automaticamente todas as funcións.
- HORA: Mostra a duración do teu adestramento.
- SPD (velocidade): Mostra a túa velocidade actual en bicicleta.
- DIST (Distancia): Displays the distance covered during your workout.
- CAL (calorías): Calcula as calorías queimadas durante o adestramento.
Press the red button to cycle through display modes or hold it to reset values.

6. Mantemento
Un mantemento regular garante a lonxevidade e o funcionamento seguro da súa bicicleta estática.
- Limpeza: Limpe a bicicleta cun anuncioamp un pano despois de cada uso para eliminar a suor e o po. Evite produtos de limpeza abrasivos.
- Inspección: Comprobe periodicamente que todos os parafusos, porcas e pezas móbiles estean ben axustados. Aperte calquera elemento de fixación solto.
- Almacenamento: When not in use, fold the bike and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
7 Solución de problemas
