3. Configuración

3.1 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in battery using the provided USB cable and a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will turn solid blue when fully charged.

3.2 Descarga da aplicación e rexistro da conta

1. Scan the QR code on the packaging or search for "ANRAN" in your mobile app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android) to download the official ANRAN app.
2. Open the app and register a new account using your email address. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration and log in.

3.3 Adding the Camera to the App

1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
2. Open the ANRAN app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
3. Select your camera model (Q01 Max) and follow the in-app instructions.
4. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED.
5. Scan the QR code displayed on your phone screen with the camera lens. Hold the phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) from the camera.
6. Once the camera beeps, confirm in the app. The camera will connect to your Wi-Fi network.
7. Name your camera and set a password for security.

3.4 Instalación física

1. Escolle unha localización: Select an outdoor location with good Wi-Fi signal strength and direct sunlight exposure for the solar panel. Avoid obstructions that might block sunlight or the camera's view.
2. Montaxe: Use the provided mounting bracket, screws, and anchors to securely attach the camera to a wall or other stable surface.
3. Axustar ángulo: Adjust the camera's pan and tilt angles to achieve the desired surveillance area. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 En directo View e Reprodución

• Abre a aplicación ANRAN e selecciona a túa cámara para acceder ao vídeo en directo view.
• Use the on-screen controls to pan and tilt the camera for a 360° view.
• Tap the playback icon to review recorded events stored on the SD card or cloud.

4.2 Detección de movemento e alertas

• Navigate to the camera settings in the app.
• Enable PIR Human Detection to receive alerts only when human motion is detected.
• Axusta os niveis de sensibilidade para minimizar as falsas alarmas.
• Configure alert notifications (push notifications, email alerts).

4.3 Audio bidireccional

Do directo view, tap the microphone icon to speak through the camera's speaker. Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's surroundings.

4.4 Siren and Spotlight Alarm

In the app, you can manually activate the siren and spotlights to deter intruders. You can also configure these to trigger automatically upon motion detection.

4.5 Modos de visión nocturna

The camera supports both infrared (black and white) and color night vision. Color night vision is activated by the built-in spotlights when motion is detected in low light. You can typically switch between modes in the app settings.

4.6 Integración de Alexa

To connect your ANRAN camera with Amazon Alexa, follow these steps:

1. Abre a aplicación Amazon Alexa.
2. Go to "Skills & Games" and search for the "ANRAN" skill.
3. Enable the skill and link your ANRAN account.
4. Discover devices. You can now use voice commands like "Alexa, show me the [camera name]" on compatible Alexa devices.

5. Mantemento

5.1 Xestión da batería

• The camera's battery is continuously charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is clean and receives adequate direct sunlight daily.
• If the camera's battery level drops significantly due to prolonged cloudy weather or high usage, you can manually recharge it using the USB charging cable.
• Monitor battery status via the ANRAN app.

5.2 Limpeza

5.3 Actualizacións de firmware

If using a Micro SD card for local storage, ensure it is properly inserted. Format the SD card periodically through the app settings to maintain optimal recording performance.

6 Solución de problemas

• A cámara non se conecta á wifi:
  Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Restart your router and the camera. Re-attempt the pairing process.
• Mala calidade da imaxe:
  Limpa a lente da cámara. Asegúrate de que non haxa obstrucións no campo de visión da cámara. viewComproba a velocidade da túa conexión a internet.
• A detección de movemento non funciona ou hai demasiadas falsas alarmas:
  Adjust PIR sensitivity settings in the app. Ensure the camera is positioned correctly to avoid detecting irrelevant motion (e.g., tree branches swaying). Verify human detection is enabled.
• A batería non se carga:
  Ensure the solar panel is clean and receives direct sunlight for several hours daily. Check the connection between the solar panel and the camera. If necessary, manually charge the camera via USB.
• Problemas de audio bidireccional:
  Check microphone and speaker volume settings in the app. Ensure there are no physical obstructions blocking the microphone or speaker.
• Alexa integration not working:
  Ensure the ANRAN skill is enabled in the Alexa app and your accounts are linked. Re-discover devices in the Alexa app.
