5. Configuración

5.1 Instalación da batería

1. Unscrew the battery cover located at the top of the pinpointer.

The OT-MD08 offers three distinct detection modes. Press the One-Touch Switch briefly to cycle through them:

• Mode 1: Sound & Vibration (Default) - The device will emit an audible beep and vibrate when metal is detected.
• Mode 2: Sound Only - The device will only emit an audible beep when metal is detected.
• Mode 3: Vibration Only - The device will only vibrate when metal is detected.

6.3 Metal Detection and Indication

When metal is detected, the pinpointer provides four types of feedback:

• Pito audible: Frequency increases as you get closer to the target.
• Vibración: Intensity increases as you get closer to the target.
• Luz LED: The LED light will strobe.
• Pantalla LCD: Signal strength will be displayed on the LCD screen.

6.4 360° Detection and Depth

The pinpointer features 360° side-scan detection, allowing for quick and accurate location of targets. It can detect objects up to 4.5 inches underground.

7. Mantemento

7.1 Limpeza
