3. Configuración e primeiro uso

3.1 Desembalaxe e limpeza inicial

1. Retire con coidado todos os materiais de embalaxe e as etiquetas promocionais.
2. Wash the thermal carafe, lid, and reusable mesh filter in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Limpe o exterior da cafeteira cun anuncioamp pano.
4. Before first use, run a brewing cycle with only water (no coffee grounds) to clean the internal components. Fill the water tank to the MAX level, place the empty filter basket and carafe, and start a cycle. Discard the water.

3.2 Axustar o reloxo

1. Plug the coffee maker into a power outlet. The LCD display will show '12:00' or flash.
2. Press the 'TIME' button. The hour digits will flash.
3. Use the 'MIN' and 'PROG' buttons to adjust the hour.
4. Press 'TIME' again. The minute digits will flash.
5. Use the 'MIN' and 'PROG' buttons to adjust the minutes.
6. Press 'TIME' a third time or wait a few seconds for the setting to be saved.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Preparación do café

1. Abra a tapa da cafeteira.
2. Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the desired level, indicated by the water level gauge. Do not exceed the 'MAX' line.
3. Place the reusable mesh filter into the filter basket. If using a paper filter, place it inside the mesh filter.
4. Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. A general guideline is one level measuring spoon (approximately 7g) per cup. Adjust to your taste.
5. Pecha a tapa de forma segura.

7. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to start brewing. The indicator light will illuminate.
8. The brewing process will begin. Once complete, the coffee maker will automatically turn off.
9. Carefully remove the carafe and pour your coffee.

4.2 Using the Intensity Function (Aroma)

To adjust the coffee strength:

1. After adding water and coffee grounds, but before pressing 'ON/OFF', press the 'INTENSITY' (aroma) button.
2. The display will indicate the selected intensity level.
3. Press 'ON/OFF' to start brewing with the chosen intensity.

4.3 Programming the Delay Brew Timer

You can set the coffee maker to start brewing at a specific time:

1. Prepare a cafeteira con auga e posos de café como se describe na sección 4.1.
2. Press the 'PROG' button. The display will show 'PROG' and the hour digits will flash.
3. Use the 'MIN' and 'PROG' buttons to set the desired hour for brewing to start.
4. Press 'PROG' again. The minute digits will flash.
5. Use the 'MIN' and 'PROG' buttons to set the desired minutes.
6. Press 'PROG' a third time or wait a few seconds. The 'PROG' indicator will light up, confirming the timer is set.

5. Mantemento e Limpeza

5.1 Limpeza diaria

1. Desenchufe sempre o aparello e deixe que se arrefríe completamente antes de limpalo.
2. Remove the thermal carafe, lid, and reusable mesh filter. Wash them in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Desbota os posos de café usados.
4. Limpe as superficies exteriores da cafeteira cun pano suave eamp pano. Non utilice produtos de limpeza abrasivos nin estropajos.

5.2 Descalcificación

Co paso do tempo, pódense acumular depósitos minerais (calcáreos) na cafeteira, o que pode afectar ao seu rendemento. Descalcifique a cafeteira cada 2 ou 3 meses ou con máis frecuencia se ten auga dura.

1. Fill the water tank with a solution of white vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water).
2. Coloque a xerra térmica baleira na placa de quecemento.
3. Inicia un ciclo de preparación sen posos de café.
4. After about half the solution has brewed through, turn off the coffee maker and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to allow the solution to work.

7. Run 2-3 cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse out any remaining vinegar taste or odor.
