1. Introdución

The PTHTECHUS Kids Phone P1 is a multi-functional device designed for children aged 4-12. It features a 3.8-inch touch screen and integrates various educational and entertainment functions, including dual cameras, 15 educational games, an MP3 music player, a pedometer, an alarm clock, a flashlight, and more. This manual provides detailed instructions for operating and maintaining your device.

2. Configuración

1. Carga inicial: Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port and a power source.
2. Encendido/apagado: To power on, press and hold the power button. To power off, press and hold the power button.
3. Transferencia de música:
   • Shut down the device first.
   • Ensure the side button (power switch) is in the "ON" position.
   • Connect the device to a computer using the provided Type-C USB cable.
   • The computer should recognize the device as a removable disk.
   • Locate the "My Music" folder on the device.
   • Copy MP3 format music files into the "My Music" folder.
   • Note: Only MP3 format is supported for music playback.
4. SD Card Recognition: If the SD card is not recognized, restart the device and gently shake it a few times. If the issue persists, contact support.

4. Mantemento

• Manteña o dispositivo limpo limpo cun pano suave e seco.
• Evite expoñer o dispositivo a temperaturas extremas, humidade ou luz solar directa.
• Non intente desmontar ou reparar o dispositivo vostede mesmo.
• The device does not come with a screen protector. If the screen is damaged, a replacement screen protector can be purchased separately.

5 Solución de problemas

• Music Transfer Issues: Ensure the device is shut down and the side power button is "ON" when connecting to a PC for music transfer. Only MP3 format is supported.
• Tarxeta SD non recoñecida: If the internal SD card is loose, restart the device and gently shake it. If the problem continues, contact customer support for a replacement.
• Power/Charging Issues: Verify that the side power button is in the "ON" position for normal power-on and charging.
• Pedometer Not Recording: Remember to click the "Start" button on the screen before using the pedometer function.
• Unclear Lens or Low Sound: Check if there is a protective film covering the lens or speaker on the back of the device. Remove it and retest.
