The Kaito DIY-63 radio kit features a unique jigsaw puzzle style design, allowing for assembly without the need for hardware, soldering, or specialized tools like screwdrivers. Typical assembly time is 15-20 minutes.

  1. Identificar compoñentes: Lay out all the wooden enclosure panels, the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), speaker, battery compartment, and control knobs.
  2. Assemble Enclosure Base: Begin by interlocking the base and side panels of the wooden enclosure. The jigsaw design ensures a snug fit.
  3. Install Speaker: Carefully place the speaker into its designated circular opening on the front panel.
  4. Mount PCB: Position the PCB inside the partially assembled enclosure. Ensure the shafts for the tuning and volume controls align with their respective holes on the front panel.
