The WG1 headset offers two primary wireless connection modes: 2.4GHz Dongle Mode and Bluetooth Mode.

2.3.1 2.4GHz Dongle Mode:

1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, or laptop.
2. Power on the headset by long-pressing the power button (usually located on the earcup). The headset will automatically connect to the dongle.
3. Nota de compatibilidade: The microphone is not compatible with Nintendo Switch in this mode. This mode is NOT compatible with any Xbox consoles.

Modo Bluetooth 2.3.2:

1. To switch to Bluetooth mode, long-press the microphone button for 2 seconds. The headset will announce "Bluetooth Mode" and enter pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, tablet, iPad, or smart device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "WESEARY WG1" to pair.

3.1 Headset Controls:

The WESEARY WG1 headset features intuitive controls located on the earcups for easy access during use.

The headset features a 360° rotatable omnidirectional microphone with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology. This ensures your voice is captured clearly while minimizing background noise.

• Adjust the microphone to your preferred position.
• Press the microphone button once to mute or unmute.
• Nota: The microphone is not compatible with Nintendo Switch.

4. Mantemento

• Limpeza: Usa un pano suave e seco para limpar os auriculares. Evita o uso de produtos químicos agresivos ou materiais abrasivos.

• Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected to your device (2.4GHz dongle or Bluetooth).

• If experiencing unstable connections, try moving closer to your device to reduce interference.
• For 2.4GHz mode, ensure the dongle is not obstructed.
• For Bluetooth mode, try unpairing and re-pairing the headset with your device. Long press the volume up/down buttons together for 6 seconds to clear all paired devices.
• Nota: This headset is NOT compatible with any Xbox series consoles. Bluetooth mode is NOT compatible with PS4/PS5.
