3. Configuración

3.1 Montaxe inicial

The PowerSmart pressure washer comes 95% assembled. Only minimal setup is required before first use.

  • Attach the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware.
  • Secure the rubber feet to the base of the unit.
  • Ensure the wheels are securely attached.

3.2 Engadir aceite de motor e combustible

The engine is shipped without oil. You must add engine oil before starting the unit for the first time. Use 10W-30 engine oil.

  • Carefully pour the recommended engine oil into the oil fill opening using the provided funnel until it reaches the full mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
  • Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not use E85 or E15 fuel.
  • Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.

3.3 Conexión de mangueiras

  • Connect your garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.

  1. Ensure the engine oil and fuel levels are correct.
  2. Turn on the fuel valve (if applicable).

  • 40° (Branco): For gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces like vehicles and windows.
  • Xabón (negro): For applying detergent at low pressure.

The onboard soap tank allows for easy application of cleaning detergents. Simply fill the tank with pressure washer-safe soap and attach the black soap nozzle. The system will automatically draw and mix the detergent with the water.

5. Mantemento

Un mantemento regular garante a lonxevidade e o rendemento óptimo da súa hidrolavadora.

  • Aceite de motor: Check engine oil level before each use and change after the first 5 hours, then every 50 hours or annually.
  • Filtro de ar: Limpe ou substitúa o filtro de aire cada 50 horas ou con máis frecuencia en lugares con moito po.
  • Buxía: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Replace if necessary.
  • Sistema de combustible: Drain the fuel system if storing for more than 30 days to prevent fuel degradation.
  • Bomba: Flush the pump with a pump protector or non-toxic antifreeze before long-term storage in freezing temperatures.
  • Boquillas: Clean clogged nozzles with the provided nozzle cleaning tool.
