4. Configuración (Instalación)
Ferramentas necesarias:
- Broca
- Drill bits (appropriate size for bolt and pilot holes)
- Cinta métrica ou regra
- Lapis
- Chave inglesa ou chave inglesa axustable
Pasos de instalación:
- Prepara a porta: Ensure the door is clean and free of obstructions. This knob is suitable for doors up to 70mm thick.
- Marcar os puntos de perforación: Use the provided installation template (if available) or measure and mark the center point for the knob's through-hole. Refer to the technical drawing for precise dimensions. The knob has a diameter of 70mm.
- Perforar o burato: Carefully drill a hole through the door at the marked center point. The diameter of this hole should accommodate the threaded bolt (M8).
- Assemble the Knob: Insert the threaded bolt through the base of the knob.
- Mount the Knob: Insert the threaded bolt with the knob attached through the drilled hole in the door from one side.
- Asegurar o botón: From the other side of the door, place the washer onto the threaded bolt, followed by the nut. Tighten the nut securely using an adjustable wrench or spanner until the knob is firmly attached to the door. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating the Door Knob
The Amig Entrance Door Knob is a fixed, hollow ball knob designed for simple push/pull operation. It does not include a locking mechanism. To open or close the door, simply grasp the knob and apply force to move the door. Its smooth operation ensures ease of use.
