1. Introdución
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Mcilpoog ES317 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine. This machine is designed to prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, using either whole coffee beans or pre-ground coffee.

2. Instrucións de seguridade
Siga sempre as precaucións de seguridade básicas ao usar electrodomésticos para reducir o risco de incendio, descarga eléctrica e lesións ás persoas.
- Lea todas as instrucións antes de facer funcionar o aparello.
- Non toque superficies quentes. Use asas ou botóns.
- Para protexerse contra incendios, descargas eléctricas e lesións, non mergulle o cable, os enchufes nin o aparello en auga ou noutro líquido.
- É necesaria unha estreita supervisión cando calquera aparello é usado por nenos ou preto de eles.
- Desenchufe da toma cando non estea en uso e antes de limpalo. Deixar arrefriar antes de poñer ou quitar pezas e antes de limpar o aparello.
- Non faga funcionar ningún aparello cun cable ou enchufe danados, ou despois de que o aparello funcione mal ou teña dano dalgún xeito.

4. Configuración
- Desembalaxe: Retire con coidado todos os materiais de embalaxe. Asegúrese de que todos os compoñentes estean presentes e non estean danados.
- Colocación: Place the machine on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Encher o depósito de auga: Open the water tank lid and fill the 1800 ml tank with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Ensure the water tank is properly seated.
- Engadir grans de café: Open the bean hopper lid and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Close the lid securely.
- Connect Milk Frother: If using the milk frother, connect the milk tube to the machine's milk spout and place the other end into a container of milk.
- Ciclo de enxague inicial: Before first use, perform an initial rinse cycle. Fill the water tank, place a large container under the coffee spout, and follow the on-screen prompts for the initial rinse. This primes the system and cleans internal components.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento
The Mcilpoog ES317 features an intuitive 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen display for easy operation.
- Encendido: Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet and press the power button. The machine will perform a brief self-check.
- Seleccionar bebida: On the touchscreen, select your desired coffee beverage from the 7 available options (e.g., Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte).
- Personalizar a configuración: Before brewing, you can adjust various parameters such as coffee strength, coffee volume, water temperature, and milk froth volume using the touchscreen controls. Make adjustments quickly as brewing may start automatically after a few seconds.
- Elaboración de cervexa: Place a cup under the adjustable coffee spout. The machine will automatically grind beans (if selected), brew, and froth milk according to your selections.
- Usando café pre-moído: If using pre-ground coffee, open the pre-ground coffee funnel (refer to Figure 3.2) and add a single scoop of ground coffee. Select the pre-ground coffee option on the display before brewing.
- Brewing Two Cups: The machine can brew two cups simultaneously. Select the two-cup option on the display and place two cups under the spouts.

6. Mantemento e Limpeza

- Función de limpeza automática: The machine is equipped with an auto-clean feature. Follow the prompts on the display for automatic cleaning cycles.
- Bandexa de goteo: The front-attached drip tray secures magnetically for swift removal. Empty and clean the drip tray regularly with warm, soapy water.
- Milk Line Cleaning: After preparing milk-based beverages, disconnect the milk tube from the milk container and place it into a cup of clean water. Run a milk system cleaning cycle (if available) or a hot water dispensing cycle to flush the milk line.
- Descalcificación: The machine will indicate when descaling is required. Use a suitable descaling solution as per the manufacturer's instructions and follow the descaling program on the machine's display.
- Unidade de elaboración: The brewing unit should be removed and rinsed under running water periodically. Refer to the machine's specific instructions for removing and reinserting the brewing unit.
