1. Introdución

Welcome to the user manual for your pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a high-quality audio experience with features such as 3D Audioscape, TruTalk AI-ENC for clear calls, Thunder Bass, and up to 38 hours of combined playtime. They also offer 50ms low latency for movie and music modes, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, fast Type-C charging, and IPX5 water resistance. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds.

2. Que hai na caixa

Comprobe o contido do seu paquete para asegurarse de que estean presentes todos os elementos:

3. Configuración

3.1 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source (DC5V-1A max). The indicator light on the case will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge them.

3.2 Emparellamento co teu dispositivo

1. Asegúrate de que os auriculares estean cargados e dentro da caixa de carga.
2. Abre a tapa da caixa de carga. Os auriculares acenderanse automaticamente e entrarán no modo de emparellamento.
3. No teu teléfono intelixente ou dispositivo con Bluetooth, vai á configuración de Bluetooth.
4. Busca available devices and select "pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro" da lista.
5. Unha vez conectado, escoitarás unha mensaxe de confirmación e os auriculares estarán listos para usar.
6. Os auriculares volverán conectarse automaticamente ao último dispositivo emparellado ao sacalos da funda.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Encendido/apagado

• Encendido: Open the charging case lid, or long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Apagado: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Music Control (Touch Controls)

• Reproducir/Pausa: Toca un só auricular en calquera dos auriculares.
• Próxima pista: Toca dúas veces no auricular dereito.
• Pista anterior: Toca dúas veces no auricular esquerdo.
• Subir volume: Toca tres veces no auricular dereito.
• Baixar volume: Toque tres veces no auricular esquerdo.

4.3 Call Control (TruTalk AI-ENC)

• Responder/Finalizar chamada: Toca un só auricular en calquera dos auriculares.
• Rexeitar a chamada: Mantén premido calquera dos auriculares durante 2 segundos.
• The TruTalk AI-ENC technology and built-in HD mics enhance call clarity by minimizing background noise.

4.4 Asistente de voz

• Activar o asistente de voz: Long-press on either earbud for 3 seconds to activate your phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

4.5 Movie/Music Modes (50ms Low Latency)

• The earbuds feature dedicated modes for optimized audio. Switch between Movie Mode (50ms low latency for gaming/videos) and Music Mode by pressing the touch sensor four times on either earbud.

5. Mantemento

5.1 Limpeza

• Limpa regularmente os auriculares e a funda de carga cun pano suave, seco e sen fiapos.
• Retire as almofadas para os oídos e límpeas con auga e xabón suave se é necesario, asegurándose de que estean completamente secas antes de volvelas colocar.
• Evite o uso de produtos químicos agresivos ou materiais abrasivos.

5.2 Almacenamento

• Cando non estean en uso, garde os auriculares no seu estoxo de carga para protexelos e mantelos cargados.
• Gardar nun lugar fresco e seco, lonxe de temperaturas extremas e da luz solar directa.

5.3 Water and Sweat Resistance (IPX5)

The pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro earbuds are rated IPX5, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain. Do not wear them while swimming or showering.

6 Solución de problemas

6.1 Problemas comúns e solucións

• Auriculares sen emparellamento:
  - Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  - Desactiva o Bluetooth no teu dispositivo e volve activalo.
  - Forget/delete "pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  - Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• Só funciona un auricular:
  - Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  - Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again to re-establish stereo connection.
  - Reset the earbuds (see 6.2).
• Sen son:
  - Comproba o nivel de volume tanto no dispositivo como nos auriculares.
  - Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  - Try playing audio from a different application or source.
• Problemas de carga:
  - Asegúrate de que o cable tipo C estea conectado correctamente tanto á carcasa como á fonte de alimentación.
  - Proba cun cable de carga ou adaptador de corrente diferente.
  - Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.
• Os controis táctiles non responden:
  - Ensure your fingers are clean and dry.
  - Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.

6.2 Restablecemento dos auriculares

Se experimentas problemas persistentes, un restablecemento de fábrica pode resolvelos:

1. Delete "pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro" from your device's Bluetooth paired list.
2. Coloque os dous auriculares no estoxo de carga.
3. With the lid open, press and hold the reset button (if available, otherwise long-press the touch sensors on both earbuds) for approximately 10-15 seconds until the indicator lights flash, indicating a successful reset.
4. Close the case, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode and pair with your device as described in Section 3.2.
