Guía de configuración

1. Download the Cloud Intelligence App

Busca "Cloud Intelligence" in your smartphone's app store (available on App Store and Google Play) and download it. Register or log in to your account.

2. Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Network

Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Amysen Smart Plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you select the 2.4GHz option during setup.

3. Engadir dispositivo á aplicación

1. Plug the Amysen Smart Plug into a power outlet.
2. Open the Cloud Intelligence App.
3. Toca a icona "+" para engadir un novo dispositivo.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the smart plug. The indicator light on the plug will blink during pairing.

4. Integrate with Voice Assistants (Alexa/Google Home)

Once the smart plug is added to the Cloud Intelligence App, you can link it with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home Assistant for voice control.

1. Abre a aplicación Alexa ou Google Home.
2. Go to the "Skills & Games" (Alexa) or "Works with Google" (Google Home) section.
3. Busca "Cloud Intelligence" and enable the skill/service.
4. Link your Cloud Intelligence account when prompted.
5. Discover devices. Your smart plug should now appear and be controllable via voice commands.

Each smart plug has a physical button on its side. Press this button to manually turn the connected device on or off.

Resolución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your Amysen Smart Plug, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device not connecting/frequently disconnecting:
  • Asegúrate de que a túa rede wifi sexa de 2.4 GHz. As redes de 5 GHz non son compatibles.
  • Comproba que o contrasinal da túa wifi sexa correcto.
  • Achega o enchufe intelixente ao teu enrutador Wi-Fi para mellorar a intensidade do sinal.
  • Reinicia o teu enrutador Wi-Fi e o enchufe intelixente.
• O control por voz non funciona:
  • Verify that the Cloud Intelligence skill/service is enabled and linked in your Alexa or Google Home app.
  • Ensure the device name in the Cloud Intelligence app matches the name you are using for voice commands.

• App shows device offline but light is on:
  • This may indicate a temporary network interruption. The device often recovers automatically.
