3. Configuración e montaxe

The AMERLIFE greenhouse features an upgraded patented quick connector system designed to simplify assembly. Approximately 60% of the connections utilize these connectors, with screws pre-embedded to reduce installation time significantly. With the assistance of three DIY enthusiasts, assembly can typically be completed within 8 hours.

3.1 Quick Connector System

The quick connector system allows for efficient frame assembly. Simply attach the frame tubes to the connectors and drive in the pre-embedded screws. This design aims to reduce overall installation difficulty and save time.

3.2 Anchoring and Stability

For enhanced stability and wind resistance, the greenhouse frame includes four corner posts and two middle posts. These posts, along with reinforced expansion screws, allow the structure to be deeply buried into soil, concrete, or wooden floors. This firm anchoring is crucial for the greenhouse to withstand wind ratings of up to 70 mph and snow loads of 30 psf.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 Funcionamento da porta

The greenhouse is equipped with double swing doors. To open, simply push or pull the doors. Door hooks are provided to secure the doors in an open position, which is useful for ventilation or when moving larger items in and out of the greenhouse.

5.2 Control da ventilación

The two adjustable side vents allow for controlled air circulation within the greenhouse. Open the vents to increase airflow and reduce internal temperature, especially on warm days. Close them to retain heat during cooler periods. Adjust the opening degree of the vents as needed to maintain desired environmental conditions for your plants.

Regular maintenance will extend the lifespan and performance of your AMERLIFE greenhouse.

• Cleaning Panels: Clean the polycarbonate panels periodically with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could scratch the surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Panel Condensation: Condensation inside the greenhouse is normal due to humidity and temperature differences. Ensure adequate ventilation by opening vents and doors when appropriate to reduce humidity.
