4.1 Compoñentes

Figure 1: DC Motor Speed Controller Receiver and Remote Control.
This image displays the Kaleinavi DC Motor Speed Controller receiver board alongside its white wireless remote control. The receiver board features terminal blocks for power input and motor connection, along with various electronic components. The remote control has four gray buttons labeled ON/OFF, REVERSE, SPEED UP, and SPEED DOWN.
4.2. Remote Control Button Functions
- A (ON/OFF): Toggles the motor power on or off.
- B (REVERSE): Cambia o sentido de rotación do motor.
- C (SPEED UP): Increases the motor speed.
- D (SPEED DOWN): Decreases the motor speed.
5. Configuración e instalación
Follow these steps to properly set up your DC Motor Speed Controller.
5.1. Identify Components and Connections

Figure 2: Receiver board with labeled input, output, and jumper for voltage selección.
This image shows the circuit board of the DC motor speed controller with key components labeled. It highlights the "learn button", the "Jumper for 12/24V change voltage", "DC Input" terminals (+ and -), and "Connect Motor" terminals (+ and -). Dimensions of 50mm by 70mm are also indicated.
5.2. Vootage Selección
The controller supports both 12V and 24V DC operation. Select the appropriate voltage using the jumper on the receiver board. Ensure the jumper setting matches your power supply and motor voltage.
- Locate the jumper labeled "Jumper for 12/24V change voltage" on the circuit board (refer to Figure 2).
- Adjust the jumper to the desired voltage setting (12V or 24V).
5.3. Conexións de cableado

Figura 3: Example wiring of the controller to a DC motor and power source.
This image illustrates a complete setup, showing the Kaleinavi DC Motor Speed Controller receiver board connected to a DC motor and a power source. The remote control is also visible, demonstrating the full system. Red and black wires are used for connections, indicating positive and negative terminals.
- Conectar entrada de alimentación: Connect your DC 12V or 24V power supply to the "DC Input" terminals on the receiver board. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -).
- Conectar o motor: Connect your DC motor to the "Connect Motor" terminals on the receiver board. The polarity here will determine the initial direction of rotation.
- Verificar conexións: Double-check all wiring to ensure secure and correct connections before applying power.
Nota: It is recommended to use motors within 8A for 12V systems and within 5A for 24V systems to prevent overloading the controller.
6. Instrucións de funcionamento
Once the controller is wired and powered, you can operate the motor using the remote control.
6.1. Funcionamento básico
- Encendido/apagado: Preme o ⏻ (ON/OFF) button to start or stop the motor.
- Cambiar dirección: Preme o ↻ (REVERSE) button to reverse the motor's rotation direction.
- Aumentar a velocidade: Preme o + (SPEED UP) button to increase the motor's speed.
- Diminuír a velocidade: Preme o - (SPEED DOWN) button to decrease the motor's speed.
6.2. Speed Control Gears
The product features five distinct speed control gears. When the motor is at its full speed (100%), the gears correspond to the following percentages:
- Primeira marcha: 20% of full speed
- Segunda marcha: 40% of full speed
- Terceira marcha: 60% of full speed
- Cuarta marcha: 80% of full speed
- Quinta marcha: 100% of full speed
Por example, if your motor's maximum speed is 100 RPM, the first gear will operate at 20 RPM, the second at 40 RPM, and so on, up to 100 RPM at the fifth gear.
7. Mantemento
The Kaleinavi DC Motor Speed Controller is designed for low maintenance. Keep the unit clean and free from dust and moisture. Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. Ensure all connections remain secure.
8 Solución de problemas
- O motor non responde:
- Check power supply connections to the receiver board.
- Verify motor connections for correct polarity and secure contact.
- Asegúrate de que a pila do mando a distancia funcione.
- Confirmar o voltage jumper setting matches your power supply.
- Motor runs at incorrect speed or direction:
- Use the SPEED UP/DOWN buttons to adjust.
- Press the REVERSE button to change direction.
- Ensure the motor is not overloaded beyond recommended current limits (8A for 12V, 5A for 24V).
- Alcance remoto reducido:
- Ensure there are no significant obstructions between the remote and the receiver.
- Check for sources of radio frequency interference.
- Substitúa a pila do mando a distancia se é necesario.
