1. Introdución

Welcome to the user manual for your new Xiaomi Redmi 13C 4G LTE smartphone. This guide provides essential information to help you set up, operate, and maintain your device. 2. Configuración inicial

2.1 Inserción de tarxetas SIM e tarxetas MicroSD

The Redmi 13C supports Dual Nano SIM cards and one MicroSD card for expandable storage. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano SIM cards and MicroSD card into their respective slots as indicated on the tray.

2.2 Acendido e carga inicial

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the phone until the Xiaomi logo appears. For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge your device before first use. The Redmi 13C comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.

• Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone and the 16W wall charger to a power outlet.

8 Solución de problemas

Aquí tes solucións para algúns problemas comúns cos que podes atoparte:

• O teléfono non se acende: Asegúrate de que a batería estea cargada. Conecta o cargador e agarda uns minutos antes de tentar acender de novo.
• Aplicacións que se bloquean/conxelan: Pecha a aplicación e ábrea de novo. Se o problema persiste, borra a caché e os datos da aplicación en Configuración > Aplicacións.
• Poca duración da batería: Reduce o brillo da pantalla, desactiva as aplicacións en segundo plano innecesarias, desactiva o Wi-Fi/Bluetooth cando non esteas en uso e comproba se hai aplicacións que consomen moita enerxía na configuración da batería.
• Problemas de conectividade de rede: Check if Airplane Mode is off. Restart the phone. Verify your SIM card is properly inserted. Contact your carrier if the issue persists.
• Rendemento lento: Free up storage space, close background apps, and restart your device regularly.
