3. Configuración

Desembalaxe e montaxe:

Your EVOLVE Walking Pad Treadmill comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials and lift the treadmill out of the box.
2. Place the treadmill on a flat, level surface.
3. Unfold the handle bar by lifting it into the upright position. Secure it using the provided screws and tool kit. (Assembly requires only 6 screws as per customer reviews).
4. Ensure all connections are secure and the power cord is accessible.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

Basic Operation with Remote Control:

The EVOLVE Walking Pad Treadmill is primarily controlled via its wireless remote. Ensure the remote has working batteries.

1. Comezo: Press the power button on the remote control to start the treadmill. There will typically be a 3-2-1 countdown before the belt begins to move.
2. Axustar a velocidade: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to increase or decrease the speed. The speed range is 0.5 to 6.2 MPH (1-10 km/h).
3. Parar: Press the power button again to stop the treadmill. The belt will gradually slow down to a complete stop.
4. Cambio de modo: The treadmill supports both walking and running modes. When the handle bar is folded down, it operates in walking mode (typically lower max speed). When the handle bar is upright, it can operate in running mode (higher max speed).

Conectividade Bluetooth:

To connect your device to the built-in Bluetooth speaker:
