5. Guía de configuración

5.1 Carga inicial

Antes do primeiro uso, carga completamente os auriculares e a caixa de carga.

1. Coloque os dous auriculares no estoxo de carga.
2. Conecta o cable USB tipo C ao porto de carga da carcasa e a unha fonte de alimentación (por exemplo, un adaptador de parede USB, un porto USB do ordenador).
3. The digital display on the case will show the battery percentage, indicating charging status. The earbuds will also show a charging indicator.
4. Once fully charged, the display will show 100%. Disconnect the charging cable.

5.2 Emparejamento Bluetooth

Para conectar os auriculares a un dispositivo:

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights (if applicable, or a voice prompt).
3. No teu dispositivo (teléfono intelixente, tableta, etc.), vai á configuración de Bluetooth e activa Bluetooth.
4. Busca available devices and select "SK18" from the list.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing, and the earbud indicator lights will turn off or flash slowly.
6. Para usos posteriores, os auriculares conectaranse automaticamente co último dispositivo emparellado ao retiralos da funda.

5.3 Uso dos auriculares

The SK18 earbuds are designed for a secure and comfortable fit, even for small ears or during sleep.

1. Choose the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears.
2. Insira con coidado cada auricular no conduto auditivo.
3. Rotate the earbud slightly until it feels snug and secure. The design allows for comfortable wear without pressing against the ear, even when lying on your side.

6. Instrucións de funcionamento

The SK18 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

6.1 Funcións básicas

• Encendido: Abre a caixa de carga ou mantén premida a zona táctil de ambos auriculares durante 3 segundos.
• Apagado: Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
• Reproducir/Pausa: Toca dúas veces a área táctil de calquera dos auriculares.
• Próxima pista: Triple-tap the touch area on the certo auricular.
• Pista anterior: Triple-tap the touch area on the esquerda auricular.
• Subir volume: Manteña premida a área táctil na certo auricular durante 1.5 segundos.
• Baixar volume: Manteña premida a área táctil na esquerda auricular durante 1.5 segundos.

6.2 Xestión de chamadas

• Responder/Finalizar chamada: Toca dúas veces a área táctil de calquera dos auriculares.
• Rexeitar a chamada: Manteña premida a zona táctil de calquera dos auriculares durante 1.5 segundos.

6.3 Asistente de voz

• Activar o Asistente de voz (Siri, Asistente de Google, etc.): Quadruple-tap the touch area on either earbud.

7. Mantemento e coidados

• Limpeza: Usa un pano suave, seco e sen pelusa para limpar os auriculares e a funda de carga. Non empregues produtos químicos agresivos nin materiais abrasivos.
• Consellos para oídos: Regularly remove and clean the ear tips with water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Almacenamento: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Exposición á auga: While IPX5 rated, avoid submerging the earbuds in water. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet.

8 Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your SK18 earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

Auriculares 8.1 sen emparellamento/conectar

• Asegúrate de que os dous auriculares estean cargados.
• Asegúrate de que o Bluetooth estea activado no teu dispositivo.
• Volva colocar os auriculares na caixa de carga, peche a tapa, agarde uns segundos e ábraa de novo para volver entrar no modo de emparellamento.
• Forget "SK18" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
• Tenta emparellalo cun dispositivo diferente para descartar problemas específicos do dispositivo.

8.2 Só funciona un auricular

• Asegúrate de que os dous auriculares estean cargados.
• Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection between them.
• Perform a factory reset (refer to the manufacturer's website or contact support if not detailed here).

8.3 Problemas de carga

• Verifica que o cable USB tipo C estea conectado correctamente tanto á caixa de carga como á fonte de alimentación.
• Proba cun cable USB tipo C e un adaptador de corrente diferentes.
• Asegúrate de que os contactos de carga dos auriculares e do interior da funda estean limpos e libres de residuos.
• If the battery life is significantly shorter than expected (e.g., 2 hours instead of 4-6 hours), ensure the earbuds are fully charged before use. Note that battery performance can degrade over time.

8.4 Touch Controls Unresponsive

• Asegúrate de ter os dedos limpos e secos ao usar os controis táctiles.
• Confirm you are tapping the correct area on the earbud.
• Reinicia os auriculares colocándoos na funda e sacándoos de novo.

8.5 Alarma de batería baixa

• The earbuds will provide a "LOW BATTERY" voice prompt when the battery is critically low. This is a normal function to alert you to recharge.
• To avoid interruption, monitor the battery level via the charging case display or your connected device's Bluetooth battery indicator.
