• Toca dúas veces (auricular esquerdo): Pista anterior.

8 Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your CosmoBuds X220, refer to the following common solutions:

• Auriculares sen emparellamento: Asegúrate de que ambos auriculares estean na caixa de carga e, a seguir, abre a tapa para activar o modo de emparellamento. Comproba a configuración de Bluetooth do teu dispositivo e tenta reconectalo.
• Só funciona un auricular: Volve colocar os dous auriculares na caixa de carga, pecha a tapa, agarda uns segundos e ábrea de novo. Isto adoita restablecer a conexión.
• Sen son: Check the volume level on both your connected device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly paired.
