2. Información de seguridade
Observe sempre as seguintes precaucións de seguridade para evitar lesións e danos na bomba:
- Asegúrate de que a fonte de alimentación coincida co volume da bombatage (230 V).
- Non faga funcionar a bomba cun cable de alimentación ou enchufe danados.
- Never lift or carry the pump by its power cable. Use the handle provided.
- Keep hands and feet clear of the pump's inlet and shredder during operation.
- Desconecte a bomba da fonte de alimentación antes de realizar calquera mantemento ou limpeza.
- The pump is designed for domestic wastewater with a maximum temperature of 35°C. Do not use it for flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, or water exceeding this temperature.
- Ensure the pump is fully submerged during operation to prevent overheating.
3. Configuración
Siga estes pasos para a configuración inicial:
- Desempaquetar compoñentes: Carefully remove the pump, 30-meter hose, and 2-inch connector from the packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage.
- Conecte a mangueira: Connect the 2-inch hose to the pump's outlet nozzle. Secure it firmly using appropriate clamps (not included) to prevent leaks and disconnections during operation.
- Posición da bomba: Place the pump on a stable, flat surface in the liquid to be pumped. Ensure the pump is fully submerged and not resting directly on soft sediment, which could block the inlet.
- Axuste do interruptor de flotador: The pump is equipped with a float switch for automatic operation. Adjust the float switch cable length to set the desired ON/OFF levels. A shorter cable results in a smaller operating range, while a longer cable allows for a wider range. Ensure the float switch can move freely without obstruction.
- Conexión de alimentación: Connect the pump's power cable to a grounded 230V electrical outlet.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento
The IBO Furiatka V1500 pump operates automatically via its float switch:
- Once connected to power and submerged, the pump will start automatically when the water level rises and lifts the float switch to its 'ON' position.
- The pump will continue to operate until the water level drops, causing the float switch to fall to its 'OFF' position, at which point the pump will stop.
- The integrated shredder is designed to handle solid impurities in wastewater, preventing blockages and ensuring continuous flow.
- The pump is equipped with overload protection, which will automatically shut down the pump if it experiences excessive load or overheating, protecting the motor from damage.
5. Mantemento
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the pump's lifespan:
- Limpeza: Periodically remove the pump from the liquid and clean any debris or sediment that may have accumulated around the inlet or the shredder. Ensure the shredder blades are free from obstructions.
- Inspección de cables: Regularly inspect the power cable and float switch cable for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Replace immediately if damage is found.
- Almacenamento: Se garda a bomba durante un período prolongado, límpeaa a fondo, drene toda a auga e gárdea nun lugar seco e libre de xeadas.
- Servizo profesional: For any complex repairs or internal inspections, contact a qualified service technician. Do not attempt to open the motor housing yourself.
