3. Configuración e instalación
Follow these steps to properly set up your Inkbird ICC-510 CO2 Controller.
3.1 Desembalaxe e inspección
- Retire coidadosamente todos os compoñentes da embalaxe.
- Verify that all items listed in the package contents are present and undamaged.
- Inspect the controller, sensor, and cables for any visible damage.
3.2 Conexión de compoñentes
- Connect the CO2 Sensor: Plug the external CO2 sensor cable into the designated port on the main controller unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- Conectar enerxía: Plug the controller's power cord into a standard 100-240V AC power outlet. The controller will power on.
- Conectar dispositivos:

Figure 3.1: Dual outlets for independent control of fan and CO2 devices.
- Plug your CO2 equipment (e.g., CO2 regulator) into the outlet labeled 'CO2'.
- Plug your ventilation system (e.g., exhaust fan) into the outlet labeled 'FAN'.

3.3 Colocación do sensor
Proper placement of the CO2 sensor is crucial for accurate readings and effective control.
- Place the sensor at plant canopy level for the most relevant CO2 readings for plant growth.
- Ensure the photosensitive element on the sensor is exposed to ambient light for accurate day/night detection.
- Avoid placing the sensor directly in the path of CO2 output or fan airflow, as this can lead to inaccurate localized readings.
4. Instrucións de funcionamento
The ICC-510 offers various modes and settings to optimize your environment.
4.1 Power On and Initial Display
Once powered on, the controller will display the current CO2 concentration (PPM) and the set value (SV).
4.2 Setting Operating Modes
The controller supports three main running modes: CO2, FAN, and Both.

Figure 4.1: The three available running modes for the controller.
- Modo de CO2: Controls only the CO2 outlet based on set parameters.
- Modo FAN: Controls only the FAN outlet based on set parameters.
- Both Mode: Controls both CO2 and FAN outlets independently based on their respective set parameters.
To change modes, press and hold the SET button until the mode setting appears. Use the ▲ e ▼ buttons to select the desired mode, then press SET para confirmar.
4.3 Setting CO2 Levels and Alarms
You can set target CO2 levels and configure high/low CO2 alarms.

Figure 4.2: CO2 alarm settings (AH = High Alarm, AL = Low Alarm).
- Preme SET to cycle through settings such as CO2 ON value, CO2 OFF value, High Alarm (AH), and Low Alarm (AL).
- Usa o ▲ e ▼ botóns para axustar os valores.
- Preme SET de novo para confirmar cada axuste e pasar ao seguinte.
4.4 Intelligent Light Control System
The integrated light sensor automatically adjusts CO2 output based on light intensity, promoting energy efficiency.

Figure 4.3: The intelligent light control system automatically disables CO2 output during nighttime.
- During daytime, the CO2 outlet will operate according to the set values of the selected mode.
- During nighttime (detected by the light sensor), the CO2 outlet will automatically be disabled to prevent CO2 waste, as plants do not utilize CO2 for photosynthesis in the dark.
4.5 Calibración de CO2
Regular calibration ensures the accuracy of CO2 readings.

Figure 4.4: The controller supports both general and professional calibration methods.
- Refer to the detailed instructions in the included manual for specific steps on performing both general and professional calibration.
- General calibration is suitable for routine maintenance, while professional calibration offers higher precision.
5. Mantemento
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your CO2 controller.
5.1 Cleaning the CO2 Sensor

Figure 5.1: Important notes on CO2 sensor care.
- Use a dry, soft cloth to regularly clean any dust or debris from the CO2 sensor, especially the photosensitive element.
- Do not damage the white protective film on the sensor, as this can damage internal components.
- Do not cover or seal the CO2 sensor, as this will prevent it from functioning correctly and lead to inaccurate readings.
6. Guía de solución de problemas
