Follow these steps to set up your Blink Outdoor 4 camera system:

1. Download the Blink Home Monitor App: Install the "Blink Home Monitor" app on your smartphone. It is compatible with iOS 15.0+, Android 9.0+, or Fire 9.0+ devices.
2. Set up the Sync Module Core: Plug in the Sync Module Core using the provided power adapter and USB-C cable. Ensure it is connected to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (802.11b/g/n).
3. Insert Batteries into Camera: Open the battery compartment on the Blink Outdoor 4 camera and insert the two included AA 1.5V lithium metal batteries.
