Configuración

1. Initial Power-On and Time Zone Setting

Upon first use or after a battery change, the watch may require initial setup. Press and hold the Axustar button (top left) until the city code starts flashing. Use the ADIANTE (top right) and REVERSO (bottom right) buttons to select your home city code. This will automatically set the time zone.

1. In Timekeeping Mode, hold down the Axustar button until the seconds start flashing.
2. Preme o MODO button (bottom left) to cycle through the settings: Seconds → DST → Hour → Minute → Year → Month → Day → 12/24-hour format.

1. Navegación de modo

Preme o MODO button (bottom left) to cycle through the different modes: Timekeeping Mode → Stopwatch Mode → Countdown Timer Mode → Alarm Mode → World Time Mode.

2. Función de cronómetro

• Acceda ao modo cronómetro premendo a tecla MODO botón.
• Preme o INICIO botón (abaixo á dereita) para iniciar e deter o cronómetro.
• Preme o RESET botón (arriba á dereita) para poñer o cronómetro a cero.

3. Configuración da alarma

• Navigate to Alarm Mode using the MODO botón.
• Manteña o Axustar botón ata que a hora da alarma comece a parpadear.
• Usa o MODO button to select hour or minute, and ADIANTE/REVERSO botóns para cambiar o valor.
• Preme Axustar to save the alarm setting.
• Preme o INICIO button to toggle the alarm on/off.

4. Backlight (Illuminator)

Preme o ILUMINADOR button (front bottom center) to illuminate the digital display for easy viewing en condicións de pouca luz.

Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For stubborn dirt, use a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild neutral detergent, then wipe dry. Avoid using volatile agents like thinner or benzine, as they may damage the resin components.

2. Resistencia á auga

The GM700-1A is water resistant to 20 BAR (200 meters). This means it is suitable for everyday use, showering, swimming, and diving. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged in water to prevent water ingress.

The watch uses one LR44 battery. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance is maintained.
