4. Configuración

4.1 Instalación física

A cámara pódese montar nunha parede ou no teito. Escolla unha localización que proporcione a imaxe desexada viewing angle and has access to a power outlet.

1. Marque as posicións de perforación usando o patrón de montaxe (se está incluído).
2. Perforar buratos e insertar ancoraxes de parede.
3. Secure the camera bracket to the wall or ceiling using the provided screws.

4.2 Conexión de alimentación

Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera requires a continuous power supply as it is corded electric.

4.3 Instalación da aplicación e conexión wifi

1. Download the "ISee" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Rexístrate para obter unha conta ou inicia sesión se xa tes unha.
3. Segue as instrucións da aplicación para engadir a túa nova cámara. Isto normalmente implica escanear un código QR na cámara ou introducir manualmente o seu ID.
4. Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 En directo View e control PTZ

Open the ISee app to access the live feed from your camera. Use the on-screen controls to pan (270° horizontal) and tilt (90° vertical) the camera to adjust the viewángulo de ing.

5.2 Modos de visión nocturna

The camera offers three night vision modes, selectable within the app:

• Visión nocturna IR: Provides black and white video in low light using infrared LEDs.
• Visión nocturna a toda cor: Utilizes built-in spotlights to provide color video in dark conditions.
• Visión nocturna intelixente: Automatically switches between IR and Full Color based on detected motion.

5.3 Audio bidireccional

Use the microphone and speaker icons in the app to enable two-way communication. This allows you to speak through the camera and hear audio from its vicinity.

5.4 Detección de movemento e alertas

Configure motion detection settings within the ISee app. You can customize detection zones and sensitivity to minimize false alarms. Real-time push notifications will be sent to your device when motion is detected. The camera also supports auto-tracking of detected human figures.

5.5 Gravación e reprodución

The camera supports continuous recording or event-triggered recording to a Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) or to cloud storage (30-day free trial available). Access recorded footage a través da función de reprodución da aplicación.

5.6 Uso compartido multiusuario

You can share access to your camera's live feed and recordings with other users through the ISee app. This is useful for family members or colleagues who also need monitoring access.

5.7 Amazon Alexa Integration

6. Mantemento

6.1 Limpeza

7 Solución de problemas

• A cámara non se conecta á wifi:

• Mala calidade da imaxe:
  • Limpar a lente da cámara.
  • Asegúrate de ter unha iluminación axeitada para un rendemento óptimo da visión nocturna.
  • Check your internet speed for streaming quality.
• Problemas de audio bidireccional:
  • Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are granted to the ISee app on your phone.
  • Comproba a configuración de volume no teu teléfono e dentro da aplicación.
