4. Configuración

1. Cargando: Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the case and a power source, or place the case on a wireless charging pad.
2. Encendido: Abre a caixa de carga. Os auriculares acenderanse automaticamente e entrarán no modo de emparellamento.
3. Emparejamento:
   • For Android users (Google Fast Pair): A notification will appear on your Android device. Tap to connect.
   • Para outros dispositivos: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "EDIFIER NeoBuds Planar" from the list of available devices.
4. Instalación da aplicación: Download the "EDIFIER ConneX" app from your device's app store to unlock full customization features.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 Controis táctiles

The NeoBuds Planar feature intuitive touch controls on the earbuds. You can customize most functions via the EDIFIER ConneX app.

5.2 Modos de control de ruído

Switch between different noise control modes using the touch controls or the app:

• Cancelación adaptativa de ruído: Axusta automaticamente a cancelación de ruído segundo o teu entorno.
• Cancelación de ruído: Provides maximum noise reduction.
• Son ambiental: Permite escoitar o teu arredor mentres escoitas audio.
• Redución do vento: Minimizes wind noise during calls or listening.
• Cancelación de ruído desactivada: Desactiva todas as funcións de control de ruído.

5.3 Modo de xogo

Activate Gaming Mode via the app for ultra-low latency (80 milliseconds), ensuring precise sound synchronization for an immersive gaming experience.

6. Mantemento

• Limpa os auriculares e a caixa de carga regularmente cun pano suave e seco.
• Evite o uso de limpadores abrasivos ou disolventes.
• Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds and case clean and dry.
• Garda os auriculares no seu estoxo de carga cando non os uses para protexelos e manter a duración da batería.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures or humidity.

7 Solución de problemas

• Sen son:
  • Ensure earbuds are charged and connected to your device.
  • Check device volume and media playback.
  • Tenta volver emparellar os auriculares.
• Problemas de conexión:
  • Asegúrate de que o Bluetooth estea activado no teu dispositivo.
  • Acércate máis ao teu dispositivo (a menos de 10 metros).
  • Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device and re-pair.
  • Perform a factory reset (see app settings).
• Cancelación de ruído non efectiva:
  • Ensure a proper seal with the correct ear tip size.
  • Check if Wind Reduction mode is active, as it reduces ANC strength.
  • Ensure both earbuds are worn for optimal ANC performance.
• Problemas do micrófono:
  • Asegúrate de que os micrófonos non estean obstruídos.
  • Check call quality in different environments.
