Introdución

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your Maxcom MM835 4G Dual SIM mobile phone. Please read it carefully before using the device and keep it for future reference.

Configuración

1. Desembalaxe e Inspección Inicial

Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged.

2. Instalación da tarxeta SIM e da batería

The Maxcom MM835 supports Dual Nano SIM cards. To install:

1. Retire con coidado a tapa traseira do teléfono.
2. Insert the Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are correctly seated.
3. Introduza a batería no seu compartimento, aliñando os contactos.
4. Volva colocar a tapa traseira ata que encaixe firmemente no seu lugar.

Note: SIM card insertion can be challenging. Use the provided SIM tray ejector if necessary.

3. Cargando o dispositivo

Before first use, fully charge the phone. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

4. Acendido e configuración inicial

Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language and set the date and time.

1. Funcións de chamada básicas

• Facendo unha chamada: Open the phone, enter the phone number using the large keypad, and press the green call button.
• Respondendo a unha chamada: Open the phone to answer an incoming call. The external display shows caller ID.

2. Envío de mensaxes de texto

Navigate to the 'Messages' menu. Select 'New Message', enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, type your message using the keypad, and send.

3. Botón de emerxencia SOS

The MM835 features a dedicated SOS button for emergencies. When pressed and held, it will automatically dial pre-set emergency contacts and send an emergency SMS message.

4. ICE (In Case of Emergency) Function

The ICE function allows you to store critical medical information and emergency contacts that can be accessed by first responders without unlocking the phone. Configure this in the phone settings.

5. Camera and FM Radio

• Cámara: Accede á cámara desde o menú principal para facer fotos.
• Radio FM: Plug in headphones (not included) to use as an antenna, then access the FM Radio application from the menu.

6. Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC)

The Maxcom MM835 is designed to be compatible with hearing aids, providing clear call quality for users with hearing impairments.

Mantemento

1. Limpeza do dispositivo

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the phone's exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface. Keep the charging port free of dust and debris.
