1. Introdución
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, configuration, and operation of your ASUS B650E MAX Gaming WiFi W AM5 ATX Motherboard. This motherboard is designed to support AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 Series Desktop Processors, offering advanced features for high-performance computing.

3. Configuración e instalación
Before installing the motherboard, ensure your system is powered off and unplugged. Always handle the motherboard by its edges to avoid static discharge.
3.1. Instalación da CPU (socket AMD AM5)
Carefully align your AMD Ryzen processor with the AM5 socket. Ensure the triangular mark on the CPU matches the mark on the socket. Gently lower the CPU into the socket and secure it with the retention lever.
3.2. Instalación da memoria (DDR5)
This motherboard supports DDR5 memory modules. Open the clips at both ends of the DIMM slot. Align the memory module with the slot, ensuring the notch on the module matches the key in the slot. Press down firmly on both ends of the module until the clips snap into place.

3.3. Instalación de dispositivos de almacenamento (SSD M.2)
The motherboard features multiple M.2 slots, including a PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot. To install an M.2 SSD, remove the M.2 heatsink (if present), insert the SSD into the slot at an angle, and then gently push it down. Secure it using the provided M.2 Q-Latch mechanism or screw.

3.4. Instalación da tarxeta gráfica
Insert your PCIe 5.0 x16 graphics card into the primary PCIe slot. Ensure it is fully seated and secured with the retention clip and any case screws.

3.5. Conexión de periféricos e alimentación
Connect all necessary power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, etc.), SATA devices, front panel connectors, USB devices, and the Wi-Fi antenna to the rear I/O panel.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento
4.1. Arranque inicial e configuración da BIOS/UEFI
Upon first power-on, the system will enter the BIOS/UEFI interface. Use the keyboard to navigate. The EZ Mode provides an overview of system status, while Advanced Mode offers detailed configuration options for CPU, memory, storage, and peripherals.

4.2. Instalación de controladores
After installing your operating system, install the necessary drivers. ASUS provides the Armory Crate software, which can automatically detect and install drivers for your motherboard components, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. An initial wired internet connection may be required to download Armory Crate and other drivers.

6 Solución de problemas
6.1. Q-LED Core Diagnostics
The motherboard features Q-LED Core indicators that provide diagnostic feedback during the boot process. These LEDs can help identify issues with the CPU, DRAM, VGA, or Boot Device. Refer to the motherboard's quick start guide for specific LED patterns and their meanings.
6.2. BIOS FlashBack
If a BIOS update fails or you encounter boot issues, the BIOS FlashBack feature allows you to update the BIOS without a CPU or memory installed. Simply download the BIOS file de ASUS website, rename it as specified in the manual, place it on a USB drive, and insert it into the designated BIOS FlashBack USB port.
