3. Turn the 'Stove Flame Control Knob' to the 'Ignite' position. You should hear a click and see the flame ignite.

5. To turn off, rotate the knob to the 'Off' position.

3. Set the desired cooking time using the 'Oven Timer Knob' (0-60 minutes). The oven will not ignite if the timer is not set.
4. Press and hold the 'Oven Ignition Security Switch' (marked with a hand icon) for 5-8 seconds while simultaneously turning the 'Oven Flame Control Knob' to the 'Ignite' position. You should see the oven flame ignite through the viewxanela.
5. Once ignited, release the security switch.
6. Adjust the oven flame intensity by turning the 'Oven Flame Control Knob' between 'Low' and 'High' to achieve the desired temperature. The oven can reach 270℃ (518℉) in 10 minutes and 350℃ (662℉) in 15 minutes.
7. When the timer expires, the oven flame will automatically shut off. To manually turn off the oven, rotate the 'Oven Flame Control Knob' to the 'Off' position.

5.3 Timer Usage

The 60-minute timer is a mechanical timer. Turn the knob clockwise to set the desired cooking duration. The timer will tick down and automatically shut off the oven burner when it reaches zero. This feature helps prevent overcooking.
