• Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and free of debris.
• Gather necessary tools: construction adhesive (e.g., Loctite Power Grab), brad nailer, measuring tape, pencil, and safety glasses.
• Measure your room and mark locations for moulding and corners.

Installation Steps for MiterLink Outside Corner:

1. Apply a bead of construction adhesive to the back of the MiterLink outside corner piece.
2. Place the corner on the desired installation location and firmly press into place.
3. Apply adhesive to the ends of the moulding pieces that will connect to the corner.
4. Position the moulding pieces so they overlap the MiterLink corner by approximately 1 inch. The moulding piece will tuck behind the overlap of the corner.
5. Secure the MiterLink outside corner and connecting moulding pieces to the wall and ceiling using a brad nailer. Note: Nail holes on stain grade molding should not be caulked. Use of brad nails is at customer discretion.
6. Repeat the process until all moulding is installed.

• Imprecise Cuts: The MiterLink system is designed to minimize the impact of imperfect miter cuts by allowing an overlap. If cuts are still visible, ensure the overlap is correctly utilized.
