4. Instrucións de funcionamento
The Creality Falcon 5W Laser Engraver supports various software, including LaserGRBL and LightBurn, and offers offline engraving capabilities.
4.1. Software Connection and File Preparation (Using LaserGRBL)
Connect the machine to your computer using a Type-C data cable. Open LaserGRBL, select the correct COM port, and set the Baud rate to 115200. Once connected, import your desired image file (JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, DXF, etc.). Adjust parameters such as brightness, contrast, and quality (recommended 10 lines/mm) to optimize the engraving effect. Set the Laser Mode to M4 and adjust power, speed, size, and position as needed.

4.2. Engraving/Cutting Process
After preparing your file, use the "Frame" function in the software to preview the work area and adjust the material's position. Once satisfied, click "Run Program" to begin engraving or cutting. The machine features a single-button management system for dynamic preview, start, pause, and stop functions.

5. Mantemento
Un mantemento regular garante a lonxevidade e o rendemento óptimo do seu gravador láser.
- Limpeza: Regularly clean the laser lens and the machine's working area to prevent debris buildup, which can affect laser performance and accuracy. Use a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Tensión da correa: Periodically check the tension of the timing belts. Proper tension is essential for precise movement of the laser module. Adjust if too loose or too tight.
- Lubricación: Apply a small amount of lubricant to the guide rails and moving parts as recommended in the full user manual to ensure smooth operation.
- Actualizacións de firmware: Consulta a Creality oficial website for any available firmware updates to ensure your machine has the latest features and bug fixes.
6 Solución de problemas
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For more detailed troubleshooting, refer to the comprehensive user manual or Creality's official support resources.
- A máquina non se conecta: Ensure the Type-C data cable is securely connected to both the machine and the computer. Verify the correct COM port and Baud rate (115200) are selected in your software (e.g., LaserGRBL).
- Mala calidade do gravado: Check the laser focus. Ensure the material is flat and properly secured. Adjust engraving speed and power settings in your software. A dirty laser lens can also affect quality.
- Máquina sen movemento: Confirm the power adapter is correctly connected and the machine is switched on. Check for any obstructions in the movement path of the laser module.
- Offline Engraving Issues: Asegurar o gravado file on the TF card is in a compatible format and not corrupted. Reformat the TF card if necessary.
